The emperor is the one who is responsible for blessing the weddings that would occur inside his royal palace, but since today is Octavius' wedding, the empress will take this responsibility just for this day.

People from all around the empire got stunned when they heard the news of his majesty's wedding especially because of how fast everything happened and not in millions of years had one of them expected the emperor to actually choose one of his brodalisques to get married to.
