Her Days Were Cursed.

In a dark and non-spacious room, Ariel laid on the floor of the room almost half dead and unconscious. The room wasn't big and very small, even a bed was impossible to fit inside of the room.

Only a few chairs could be seen inside of the room, it was morning and the little rays of sunlight that was coming out of the small window helped chase the darkness off, out of the room.

Ariel's eyebrows fluttered unceasingly as she blinked her eyes open slowly, she was very weak and her whole body was aching. She was having a severe headache because her head was too heavy and hurting for her to lift up.

She tried getting up but fell to the floor each time she tried getting up, "ouch" She winced in pain rubbing her left arm which she observed was broken.

"Shit, Dawn" Ariel cursed under her breath as she recalled what happened at the mating ceremony last night, she could remember talking to a little girl named Elena before Dawn took over and crashed Carter's mating ceremony with Avril.

"Ooh, Avril's going to kill me" Ariel groaned facepalming and let out a painful scream when she facepalmed with her left arm, the broken one.

"F**k!" she yelled, rubbing the broken left arm again to soothe the pain. Her whole body was aching but her broken arm was the worst. The pain wasn't stopping neither was it healing too.

Her arm was supposed to heal but due to the fact an Alpha struck her with a punch, it was going to take a lot of time to heal.

Dawn has done what she long yearned to do and now she was left to pay for the outcomes of Dawn's mischievousness while Dawn goes back into her body to rest while she suffers.

Dawn was so stubborn and never liked listening to Ariel, Ariel was stubborn too but Dawn's stubbornness was two folds greater than hers and Dawn was never the type to apologize whenever she was wrong.

She was a proud wolf.

"Dawn" Ariel called, forcing Dawn to speak to her as she tried connecting with her but Dawn was resisting her. She knew Ariel wanted to scold her for what she caused at Carter's mating ceremony yesterday, which she wasn't sorry about at all except for the pain she caused Ariel's body.

Carter deserved that, he wouldn't go free and get fully mated to another female while she suffers heartbreak for rejecting her.

Dawn wanted to apologize to Ariel but her pride didn't let her to do so, it wasn't all her fault that Ariel was hurt. Ariel was also faulty, after all, if Ariel had listened to her when she was trying to attack Carter and helped her out.

She wouldn't have been that hurt.

"You're ignoring me?" Ariel scoffed out of disbelief, Dawn didn't want to talk to her. She was actually resisting the connection Ariel was trying to get her to speak.

Ariel got really mad at Dawn but there was nothing she could do about it. If Dawn was a human like her with a wolf, then she would enjoy the pleasure of beating some senses into her but Dawn was living inside of her.

So it was impossible for her to beat her.

She supported her broken arm with the help of her other hand and tried standing up when she noticed the iron chain on her legs with a big iron padlock locked up on it.

"Shit, I'm f**ked up" Ariel groaned with disgruntlement and reached out for the chain. She tugged hard at the chain with her right hand that wasn't broken, trying to rip it off but couldn't.

She was too weak and needed to feed, she needed strength.

"Ooh, f**k this!!" Ariel cursed out loud and let go of the chain, if she knew things would have turned out like this and Dawn planned to crash Carter's mating ceremony, then she would have made her escape instead of watching the mating ceremony rather than escaping at that time.

Ariel stopped struggling with the chain on her legs and stood up, moving to the door slowly with the chain and carefully to not trip down, she swept her gaze all around the room and observed she wasn't in her room.

That wasn't her room, she was in the attic and locked up.

Ariel grabbed the doorknob and squeezed it open but the door didn't open. She kept on doing it but the door didn't bulge at all. It was locked from the outside.

"Let me out of here!" She yelled loudly, pounding hard on her door, this was Avril's doing and no one else. She kept on pounding hard on the door and went back to where she sat before and continued with her yelling.

"F**k this, Dawn f**k you, If you didn't mess up yesterday then none of this would have happened!!" Ariel yelled and threw frustrated punches to the innocent invisible air.

Dawn could sense Ariel was very furious and wanted to talk to her to get her to calm her down but she was still not going to apologize to Ariel no matter what. Dawn felt shitty at that moment but still didn't speak a word.

If she dared to speak, Ariel would finally rain all her anger down on her, so she kept mute.

Ariel sat on the cold floor of the attic and wept bitterly, the room was webby, dusty, scary and old. It wasn't even swept properly because some parts of the attic were dirty.

Staring outside of the small window of the attic, Ariel saw the rain falling and smiled, spring season finally arrived fully. Her favorite season.

She exhaled slowly lying on the cold tiled floor of the attic and let the tears loose. Her life was so unpredictable and her days were cursed. Today, everything would go smoothly and perfectly without bad things happening to her, but the next day everything would go wrong and end up bad for her.

Ariel shut her eyes closed and hummed a song, it was her favorite song. The one she loved listening to whenever she was hurting or sad. Her phone wasn't with her, they could have at least locked her up with her phone so it could help keep her company.

She drowned herself deeply with thoughts and forced her eyes open when the door of the attic flew open, her nose twitched as it caught the scent of who she didn't want to see.

Avril.
