World Domination?

Shin had finished reviewing the guardians that assembled before them. The responses and reactions left little doubt that these beings were on his side. There was just one problem though: their responses were simply … too fanatical when he asked them what they thought of him.

Especially Albedo. She was the most worked up when asked about her opinion of Touch-Me. Her face was completely flushed red as she looked at him lustfully and reverently. The succubus was turned on simply by the presence of her lover.

He didn't mind the way the guardians thought about him. In fact, he heaved a sigh of relief upon confirming they were on his side.

Now that he had confirmed their loyalty, Shin removed his armour, revealing his human form.

"Very well, guardians. I will be counting on all of you to carry out your duties. For those that do it well. You shall receive a reward. Dismissed."

Shin decided to use the carrot approach. Without waiting to hear the reply. He teleported away.

Seeing the Supreme Being was no longer around, the guardians descended into chatter about how amazing their master was.

Their reason for existence was to serve the Supreme Beings. To be able to stand in Touch Me's presence and carry out his orders, nothing could bring them greater joy.

"A personal reward from Touch Me-sama … Ah~" Shalltear could no longer hold back at the thought of her master having his way with her in bed. "It seems my underwear has gone through a bit of crisis."

"You slut!"

The comment incensed Albedo.

Her passions had been stirred when she witnessed Touch-Me in his human form. Being in that form m- meant 'that' was possible! She couldn't help as her thoughts drifted toward what it would be like to taste it. It would be the greatest reward that she could ever receive.

"After hearing such words from Touch Me-sama. Anyone who doesn't get wet from it would be crazy. You wide-mouth Gorilla!"

"You Lamprey!"

The other guardians ignored the feuding ladies, too busy lost in their own thoughts.

"Ah, a personal reward from Touch Me-sama. That would indeed be truly fabulous." Demiurge said. "Touch Me-sama's generosity truly knows no bounds. Befitting of his greatness as a Supreme Being!"

"Reward. I. Will. Work. Hard. To. Please. The. Supreme. Being." Cocytus imagination began to think of the praise he would receive from Touch Me.

"Touch Me-sama is such a kind person." Aura spoke timidly. "B-but. Are you sure it's okay to leave them like this. Demiurge?"

The shouting match between Albedo and Shalltear was getting louder and louder. A fight seemed to break out any time.

"It may not be a bad thing after all." Demiurge pushed his glasses.

"What. Is. This. Blasphemy. That. You. Speak?!" Cocytus demanded, ever so slow to comprehend the meaning behind Demiurge's words.

"Wouldn't it be nice to pledge our loyalty towards an offspring of the Supreme Being? There is after all a chance that Touch Me-sama might leave for somewhere like the other Supreme Beings." Demiurge turned and walked away.

"Indeed. That. Would. Be. Amazing!" Cocytus became excited at the notion of him being an uncle.

"There's no way Touch Me-sama will ever abandon me!" Albedo stared daggers at her counterpart.

"Touch Me-sama won't leave me either! I can't wait for the day Touch Me-sama calls me into his chambers. Ah~" The petite vampire blushed and tried her best to prevent her underwear from undergoing a second crisis. Her imaginations ran wilder and wilder.

(30 Minutes Later)

Shin had teleported himself to a large hall inside the 1st Floor of Nazarick. From there on, one only had to walk a little more to reach the outside world.

It was a chance for him to have some personal time and also to inspect the new surroundings of Nazarick personally. The sudden change in status was still a little too overwhelming for him to digest and he wanted a break.

He had intended to sneak out.

To that end, Shin changed into a set of white armour known as the Aegis of Truth. It was a Set Piece that consisted of six-piece - Hands, Shoulders, Legs, Head, Chest and Feet.

The Aegis of Truth was a limited-time reward given to players who had maxed out the Paladin Job Class during the first month of YGGDRASIL's opening. Evidently, his dad was one of them.

However, his undercover plans had been foiled by Demiurge, who spotted him and insisted adamantly on being by his side.

Shin emerged from the stairs, greeted by a wide open sky with a glowing moon and glittering stars.

"[Fly]"

Shin's body rose into the sky and accelerated with each passing second until he was hundreds of kilometres away from land.

'What a beautiful sight … I've never seen anything like that before.'

He continued to quietly muse. While the place was breathtaking, he still yearned to go back home to his family. Was there a way?

"Conquering the whole world … and becoming a god … ." Shin uttered.

Maybe if he became the overlord of this new world, he might just find a way back home.

He then chided himself, such a possibility was ridiculous. To live in the past is to regret. To live in the future was to worry. He made up his mind now to enjoy this world as much as he could now. There was indeed a long road ahead of him and simply too many unknowns.

Unbeknownst to Shin, the very words he spoke earlier had completely been memorized by Demiurge. His statement which was intended as a joke had caused his subordinate to be even more in awe of him.

To Demiurge, it was truly an ambition only supreme beings were worthy to have, and he would make sure his master's ambition come to pass!
