Uninvited Guests
Ayse wrung out his pants and coat while LaRee sprayed Xit with a great sense of care.
Leaving his coat hanging on them hanging on the shower curtain, Ayse borrowed LaRee's leather pants to walk out in public. He rolled up the pant legs a bit to keep them from dragging on the floor.
Then, LaRee followed Ayse outside, locking the door behind them with the room key.
It was late afternoon and sunset was approaching. But that didn't dim anything in the city, which was lit up by street lamps and storefronts. It was a beautiful sight for LaRee to take in.
Meanwhile, Ayse stopped someone on the street to ask for directions to the nearest ACM.
The civilian was put off by Ayse's belt-like eye strap. And catching a glimpse of Ayse's huge back tattoo added to that air of intimidation.
Still, Ayse's simple smile was enough to learn about the ACM a few blocks down.
