Chapter 6

Some days passed by

Liliana's body has began to recover, it is ok for Liliana to move around, but she still feels pain sometimes.

Liliana has already began to adapt to her new living conditions, she absolutely refuses to eat the food brought by the servants.

The place she lives in is far away from the rest of the building. She is the only one here. No one comes here, other then when they need to bring her meal.

Liliana always goes to the garden to get her food, she realised that there are other food that she could eat, such as radish, she did not notice it before because it was buried deep underground.

Liliana passes time by reading books like usual, she didn't even realize that she had 3 additional books that did not belonged to her.

Hm...what shall I read next? Liliana thought to herself.

She saw a book that she had never seen before, she found out that the book was written in a different language, but she does not know why she could understand the book.

That was when a bright light shone from the book, her head became heavy, she felt a very bad headache. She felt like something was forcefully being inserted in her mind, it felt like thousands of needles were piercing her head.

A month went by

Another month went by

Another, another month went by

Another, another, another month went by

It has been 7 months already and Liliana still shows no signs of waking up.

Finally, she began to slowly open her eyes, she did not know that she had been in this state for 8 months, she did not feel anything strange out of the ordinary, she did not feel hungry or anything, but started to feel cold, in fact she had gained some valuable knowledge on household matters.

The book in her hand slowly vanished right in front of her eyes. She was shocked when she saw the situation of her room, it looked so dirty like she had not cleaned it for a long time, she became even more shocked when she looked outside her window, the season had changed from spring to winter.

A servant came as usual to deliver her food. Liliana asked the servant and he confirmed her suspicion that she has been asleep for 8 months.

Liliana felt shocked but did not show it on her face, she had gain some knowledge that she never had in 8 months, for example cooking, cleaning, gardening, sewing and so on. She was weirdly fine with it, she actually felt grateful that time passed by quickly otherwise she wouldn't know what she would have done, but she also realized that next month is her birthday.

Liliana decided to ignore her birthday this year and focus on practicing the knowledge she had gained from the book.

She didn't like how her room was filled with dirt.

Omg, my room is so dirty, there are dust everywhere I go, but she didn't know that if someone was here they would have not find it as dirty as she did, she didn't know that she had gained some sort of experience as well from the book, the way she cleaned her room was like an expert.

Liliana began to clean every nook and cranny of the room and the building she lived in, she didn't even realized that time was passing by quickly, Liliana actually enjoyed the process of cleaning, it was so fun for her to see the floor sparkling.

Finally she was satisfied, she saw herself and began to frown.

She smelled horrible and her clothes was dirty. She found it completely unacceptable and decided to go to the bathroom. She turned on the hot water and began to wash herself. She used the soap but she was not satisfied with it, she felt like there was still some sticky stuff in her hair, then she remembered that she knows how to make shampoo, she wrapped up a towel in her tiny body and went towards the kitchen.

It was freezing outside, but she quickly took vinegar and baking soda and ran to the bathroom. She applied it on her hair and left it for a while, after then she began to rinse it off. Her silver hair became even more shimmering and shiny. Her hair felt good to touch.

Liliana began to wear her clothes and came out of the bathroom feeling fresh. She heard her stomach protesting, she began to panic a lot, she was scared since it was winter time. Will she be able to eat anything from the garden?
