Saving Aunty Cassandra.

Nyx discreetly left the Prince mansion and met with Sabastian right outside the mansion.

"You know, it feels like we are forbidden lovers meeting secretly when our families are opposed to our relationship." Sabastian commented seeing Nyx who is wearing a navy blue hoodie and track pant.

"It does feel like that, anyway let's hurry! We will be late if we don't hurry." Urging Sabastian to move they went to meet Julian who is waiting for them with transport.

Meeting up with Julian, Nyx got inside the car with Sabastian.

"Oh, hello! Belford. How's your day been so far?" Nyx Greeted the driver Belford, who is in his early 40s.

A man with short black hair and grey streaks, Belford also has an eye-patch on his left eye.

Charles Belford is an ex-marine officer. He is part of the Elite team, Timothy created with old retired veterans and ex-military people who don't have a job or struggling on in their life. Most people in the Elite team are misfits, some are old, some young and some are disabled.

They all have their area of expertise, for example, Charles Belford is a bomb specialist and an expert driver.

He used to be a mechanic before joining Timothy and Nameless.

"Quite good, little lady! So buckle up, I believe you are in a hurry, right?" Belford replied with a smile.

"Yes, hurry then Belford." Nodding, Nyx replied.

Nyx then turned to Sabastian.

"Your mood seems to be a bit down, Sabastian. What's wrong?" Nyx asked Sabastian seeing his sulky mood.

"Well, I got beaten up by my older sister, older brother, my mother and father. Also yes, my eldest sister Onyx? she gave me a trial. If I pass her trial, then she will give me her 'Sword'. That trial is so ridiculous, that I feel my head go mushy mushy when I try to think of something." Sabastian complained to Nyx.

Nyx ignored the beating up part but focused on listening to the latter half of what Sabastian said.

She knows about Onyx.

She isn't a simple woman.

To be honest, the only word to describe Onyx is 'Devil'.

An absolute monster.

A single woman crippled an entire nation by killing half of the higher up government officials.

After leaving the Heilige family, she created a hidden organization herself.

The organization is not that big but rather small, only a couple of tens of people are in the organisation.

But those people are absolute loyal to her and they are personally trained by her.

It's a mercenary organisation that kills terrorist for countries around the globe.

Even though she discarded, the path of her 'sword'. Onyx being a leader of an organisation full of monsters is someone to be wary of.

That's why the Heilige family don't dare to do anything to Onyx Viviana Heilige.

"What is the trial about?" Nyx asked Sabastian curious of what kind of trial it is.

"Hahaha, my sister wants me to find all the members of her organisation and defeat them in 1 on 1 battle." Sabastian laughed drily.

"That is pretty f*cked up!"

Nyx truly felt, that the trial really is something hard for Sabastian to do in his current state, no, without magic he needs to surpass his previous physical abilities to complete the trial given to him by his sister.

Cassandra was limping, she hurt her legs when trying to run.

Most of her bodyguards are dead, only a few remains.

Three of them were with her and the rest were left behind to keep the assassins busy.

"F*ck! That bastard, Lyle Prince!!!" Cassandra cursed, thinking there was only one person who she is damn sure was behind these people tonight.

She knew Lyle will make some move but she never thought it will be this soon.

Since Lyle was the person behind what's happening right now, it means one thing.

Lyle Prince has 1/4th support of the Prince family.

With Lyle having 1/4 of the Prince family support, the Prince family now is divided between Lyle's faction, Neutral faction, Arthur's faction and the other Ambitious branches.

Arthur's influence is getting weaker since most people started to think that Nyx doesn't have what it takes to lead the Prince family.

The power balance in the Prince family is shifting.

"Damn, traitors!"

Arthur was the one who made them who they are today, now they were biting the hands who fed them.

Cassandra was angry at the traitors, Lyle, the Prince family, even at herself.

"Is this it? Is this how I'm going to die? Dammit! Nyx will be all alone, that girl, she is putting up a front to hide her pain underneath that facade of hers. She is really good at hiding her feeling. S*it!!"

Cassandra fell down on the ground, gunshots could be heard from behind.

'If this is my fate, then let's end it right here. I am tired!'

Cassandra said in her mind, giving up struggling.

She closed her eyes and waited for her end.

There were only three bodyguards behind her but the sound of gunfire was much more than before.

The sound was all over the place, not just one direction from before.

She turned around only to see all of her bodyguards were dead.

But there was another group fighting and shooting the Assassins that Lyle sent for her.

"The f*ck???" Confused Cassandra sitting on the ground was watching the two groups go at it with each other.

"Who are they?" Cassandra muttered looking confused.

"Well, hello beautiful! You should not sit on the ground, it's too dirty." A young voice was heard beside her.

Cassandra surprised! Turned to face the person who spoke just now.

Seeing the person before her eye, Cassandra stupified.

It is the youngest son of the Heilige family, Sabastian Franz Heilige.

"You-" Cassandra was about to say something but another voice interrupted her from behind the boy in front of her.

It's a grumpy voice full of complaints, but Cassandra knows the person who this voice belongs to.

"Sabastian Franz Heilige! How dare you leave me by myself alone!!!"

It was her niece, Nyx!

Nyx Aurelia-Rose Prince!!!

The only daughter of her brother, the person who she always looked up to.

Cassandra's only family left in this world.

"Nyx! Why are you here, no, you shouldn't have come here!" Cassandra shouted in fear.

What if something were to happen to Nyx?

She would never be able to live by herself.

"You idiot girl! Why are you here, go run away from here!!!" Cassandra shouted looking at Nyx.

"Calm down, aunt Cassie. It's fine, everything will be fine." Nyx shook her head and smiled looking at Cassandra.

"No-" Cassandra was interrupted by Nyx inc more, who sat down and inspected her for injuries.

Nyx frowned looking at Cassandra's ankle.

It has swollen terribly.

Cassandra flinched in pain when Nyx touched her ankle.

"I already said, don't worry aunt. They are my people who are fighting those Assassins. Your right ankle looks pretty bad, so wait here and don't move." Nyx said sternly, glaring at Cassandra.

Seeing her lovely beautiful niece like that Cassandra shut up.

It reminded Cassandra of her strict Sister-in-law Rose.

"Why are you standing here still, you idiot! Are you gonna help Timothy and the others or not." Nyx getting up slapped hard on Sabastian's back.

"Oooowwcchhh! Okay, okay! I'm going, so don't hit me, you damn woman!!!" Sabastian said yelling out loud before running to help Timothy and others.

With the ninjato on hand, Sabastian started his hack and slash fiesta.
