Aunt Petunia was so shocked that she dropped the pan she was holding. Tears started to roll down her cheeks, as she shakily managed to sit down and look at Harry. All she could mouth was, "What?".
"Can I call you mum from now one?", Harry still looking down. At this Harry was pulled into a tight hug by the crying Petunia, "Yes, Harry. You can call me mum". Vernon discreetly wiped his own tears and managed to calm down Petunia. He then got the breakfast out and even magically summoned a cake just to cheer her up.
"Mum, Dad I have something to show you guys", Harry said with a grin. Abigail who was still sleeping in her chair, budged a bit. Vernon and Petunia looked at him with all their attention.
"You remember me asking for a place to practice and read about magic? Well thanks to that I think now I can do magic much easier...", Harry said.
Petunia and Vernon were glad to hear this and congratulated Harry. But he just smirked,
"I said I can now do magic...without wands".
Vernon and Petunia were thunderstruck. "W-Without wands, Harry?" Vernon managed to croak out.
"Yes dad, without wands.", Harry smiled. He then raised his hand in front of him.
"Fire", at this, there was a blackish fire that emerged in front of his hand. It was flickering away slowly. Vernon and Petunia then felt a pull at their own magic, they gasped. What Harry has achieved is the Chaos Fire, the very starting off every fire. It takes numerous mages to conduct a ritual that would sometimes takes days to even summon a flicker of chaos fire, yet Harry had done so single handedly and wandless. Vernon slumped in his chair, he knew that Harry must have been a genius, since he was the son of James and Lily, but this is off charts. To call Harry a prodigy would be an understatement.
Harry then proceeded to show them all of his wandless magic, which could be comparable to the most experienced Aurors. He was simply unbelievable.
"Dad since we know that I'll be going to Hogwarts eventually, can we go to Diagon Alley for some shopping, I would like to get more books. Even though I have learnt all the magic, I have yet to get started with potions and I would like to get started on it now.", Harry said.
Vernon nodded still shocked that this 10 year old child is capable of doing magic that even experienced Aurors would find difficult. Harry sat down to eat, content that now he had dealt with everything. Harry had managed to get a proper family this time and even managed to shock them with his magical prowess. He knew that what he could do now, could be used to exempt himself from Hogwarts but he still looked forward to it. Since at Hogwarts he will meet his future best friends and his surrogate family Weasleys and who could forget, Ginny Weasley. His suppose to be wife. He won't be a dumbo in this life at least.
Months went by, Harry now incredibly competent at both potions and magic with the help of the advanced books that he got from Diagon Alley. Harry woke up one morning to see that he had received the Hogwarts acceptance letter, which had caused Petunia to cook up a feast. Harry still doted on his sister a lot. Safe to say that she was one of the most spoiled sisters in the world. But she was still a good kid.
One morning, a week after he received the Hogwarts letter, Harry was thinking off how to meet up with the Weasleys sooner when he thought of Apparation. He had not tried to learn that yet. So he went to Vernon.
"Dad, I would like to learn about Apparation. Now that I think about Apparation, I would also like to know about Animagus.", Harry cited. Vernon who had gotten used to his requests and smiled, saying that he will stop by Diagon Alley and get him some books on that. Content with that Harry continued with his breakfast and then retired to his practice room.
"Well until dad brings about the books, I guess I could try to figure out about Apparation", Harry thought. Now from what I remember Apparation is all about being able to visualise the destination as clearly as possible. We have to be incredibly focused on the details of the destination to make it. The spell itself is not hard, but the focusing part is hard. Normally it would require wand but since I have gotten my wandless magic down, I think I should be able to get it.
After that Harry tried to apparate within the room in various positions. After about an hour he was able to apparate anywhere in the room in any given position, whether it be sitting or standing.
"Well now since I have gotten this one down, let me try to apparate into the kitchen.", Harry thought. Harry visualized his destination and disappeared with a pop. There was a loud pop heard in the kitchen and Harry reappeared there. Petunia who was sitting on the arm chair reading a book was startled to see Harry standing there. The book dropped from her hand as she figured out that Harry had just apparated there. Vernon who was just coming downstairs to tell Petunia that he was off to Diagon Alley to buy some books for Harry, looked at his shocked wife, who was staring at Harry without blinking. The latter was standing there with a sheepish grin.
"Um...is there something going on, Petunia", Vernon asked awkwardly.
Petunia pointed at Harry and said with a sigh, "He has learnt how to apparate and he just apparated from his room to the kitchen". Vernon started laughing at this, he was not surprised by Harry's rather gifted ability towards magic anymore.
"Well, congrats on another success Harry! Seems like I won't have to buy books on Apparation anymore eh?", Vernon said with a laugh.
Harry laughs sheepishly, "I guess I can do without them dad. But if possible I would like to learn about wards".
"Got it Harry, I'll be back later", Vernon said with a laugh and disappeared through the door.
Harry had a evil smirk up his face. Now that he had learnt how to apparate, time for his plan to start. "Plan Meet Weasleys commences." Harry thought.
He ran to his room after a quick explanation to Petunia that he would be up there doing his magic training and he didn't want to be disturbed because he thinks he is about to make another breakthrough in his wandless magic. After reaching his room, Harry stuffed some toffees in his pocket and got ready. He then concentrated hard on the field in front of The Burrow, he felt the familiar pull at his navel as he apparated to his destination.
Molly Weasley was washing the dishes in her kitchen, signing to herself. After cleaning out the dishes, she thought about doing some gardening and was coming out to the garden when there was a loud pop and a scrawny child popped up in front of her. Quite an understatement to say that she was flabbergasted.
Harry painted a confused look on his face as he looked around and saw Molly.
"Hello ma'am, could you please tell me where I am?", Harry asked apologetically.
