Chapter 3

I was walking with Nokk throughout the base, we where walking past many of the other dorms that many of the other operators shared with one other person or some shared a big dorm with there whole unit members.

We stopped at one dorm, I looked at the insignia on the door and it was the one that Nokk designed for her self. So we where going to Nokks room to have this conversation. She unlocked the door and I stepped in, she went right along and got some clothes and went into her bathroom. I just sat down and made myself comfortable. After about 10 minutes she came back and in what I think most people would call civilian clothes. I haven't worn normal clothes in awhile so I don't this I am a opinion on this matter.

"Are you okay Morthos?" She asked

I nodded my head, then grabbed my board, "Was lost in my head, I haven't seen many people here where I guess normal clothes."

"Yeah I guess it is a bit different." she said

I sat there and just watched as she got me a cold soda and she poured her self a glass of vine. She handed me the soda, I took it and opened the can.

"So Morthos I am a bit new to this but I will gladly take on the role of your mom and Harry offered to help out where he can, he has a son you know. Well I just want to lay a few things out, I am not here to replace your other family, I will support you mentally and even physically, like if you hurt your self. Through time I hope you will call me mom but I will let you talk you time."

I started to write a question down, "Why are you so comfortable with this?"

She read the board and then sighed, "Well to put it honestly, I have always wanted a kid, but I can't my body got messed up in a operation, and thus am unable to make one."

I just nodded I didn't want to pester her about anything else. So I asked her a new question.

"What is you real name?" I asked

She read it and then took of her veil, she was a very beautiful person, black short hair and black lipstick ( Sorry went off of what we can see in the art rainbow released)

She smiled we I gazed at her, "My name is Karina Gaarddhøje, but please don't tell anyone."

I forced my gaze away, then wrote, "Then why tell me this."

She laughed a bit then got up and started to play with my hair, "Well of course my son will get too know my name."

After she called me son I knew she was very serious about this whole thing, which I was still lost in.

Me and Nokk 'Sorry it will take me a bit to get to the point I call her mom' we sat there and watched a bit of Tv, she was texting someone here and there, I wondered who it was. After about a hour Karina got up and started to cook some food, I sat there in her kitchen washing her cook, she asked if I wanted to help, I told her I had never cooked before and she just laughed and told me what to do and we where both cooking. After we finished cooking we ate and I cleaned up.

After I cleaned up we both went back to watching Tv and talking, after a bit we heard a knock at the door, Nokk got up threw her veil back over and when she opened it, the women with a skull face and Harry where there.

"Good evening Nokk, I have those papers you asked for." Harry said, he then looked to me and gave me a curious look, "Why are you hiding behind Nokk Morthos?" he said

I just pointed at the other lady, then wrote on my board, "Scary." then pointed again at the other lady.

Everyone had a bit of a laugh, "Ohh she is scary if you don't know her but." Harry said then looked at her, "Cav has a huge soft spot for kids don't yah." He said

So Cav is her name mhh, She is still pretty scary.

Harry handed Nokk some papers, then the scary lady came closer, she got to my height.

"I am sorry buddy, My name is Caveira as my operator name but you can call me, Taina." Cav said

I took out my board and wrote, "Okay"

Caveira left, but harry stayed and explained the paper work and how adoption works, they when over a bunch of words I don't know, I just shook my head.

Nokk noticed I was just nodded every time Harry asked if I knew what he meant each time.

"Morthos do you really understand what harry is saying." she said in a serious tone, like a mother repeating a statement.

I nodded up and down a few times, then Nokk gave me a look like 'Really?', then I started to shake my head side to side saying no.

Harry laughed at this amusement, "Okay I'll just show you where to sign and I will call it that."

I nodded

After I finished signing the papers I handed the pen over to Nokk. She started to finish signing the papers.

Harry took the papers and stacked them on to each others. Then he looked at me, "Well after today you will be Morthos Gaarddhøje."
