There is something not right with Amy, and so does with me.

After all, I am excited yet scared of her reaction, would she like my doing at all?

I could tell she was pissed off by her mother’s bizarre demand. To say, it came to my advantage because if I would not stay away from Amy, I would not be able to finish preparing her proposal.

Yeah, finally with Amy’s mother’s help, I was able to come up with an idea.

With Amy’s absence and distraction, I was finally able to prepare for it.

Feeling nervous, I glanced back at the back door. I need to take her out before the sun sets down.

“Everything ok, Derek?” Amy's voice startled me, but I tried to appear calm in front of her.

“Completely,” I turned to her with a graceful smile that lessened her suspicion.

“You need more?” Taking a seat beside her, I asked in concern and she shook her head as she devoured the last piece of the sandwich.
