Sean is Furious

A peculiar silver liquid was gushing out of the Infernal Dogheads' body, quickly covering its entire form while black liquid flowed from the bottom. As the entire body of the Infernal Dogheads was enveloped by the silver liquid, a sharp glass-like sound resonated. The frozen body, wrapped in silver, began to peel off gradually, turning into faint starlight and vanishing.

The black puddle on the ground appeared to be absorbed by the earth, much like receding river water. The serrated dagger embedded in the tree trunk had similarly turned into black liquid and flowed down the tree. However, before reaching the ground, it gradually evaporated in mid-air.

In an instant, the Infernal Dogheads, which had just been struggling against Sean, vanished entirely before him, leaving no trace. If it weren't for the hole in the tree trunk where the serrated dagger had pierced it, Sean would have thought he had been caught in some kind of illusion.
