Chapter 4 Observation haki

Hancock walk towards to luffy with a whitecloth in her hands and was about to put it on luffy's head to cover his eyes, but luffy dodges it and ask what is the purpose of that white cloth

"What are you going to do with that cloth? " said luffy with confusion while pointing at the cloth in the hand of hancock

"Im going to put it on your eyes so that, you can't use your eyes, You are going to use your other sense's that is the reason of this white cloth is to enhance your other sense's " said hancock heading towards luffy once more but this time luffy did not dodge it and let hancock tie the whitecloth on his eyes and then take a stepback

"Now, try sensing me ?" Asked hancock with a curious tone , after tying the whitecloth on luffy eye's

"No i can't sense you, i can't sense anything" said luffy while frowning trying to sense hancock's presence

" Then that is good, now let's start training your Observation haki "hancock said while looking around and picking up a branch coating it with armament haki

"Okay " said luffy with full of excitement when he suddenly felt some pain on his head

Hancock swing the branch toward's luffy head and it hit luffy's head made a small bruise

"It hurt's, how can you hurt me when im a Rubber man ?" luffy removed the blindfold and ask hancock how can he feel pain even though his a rubber man

"It's simple i used armament haki to hit you" said hancock while showing off the branch that is covered with black armor

"Oh wait tell me why did my grandpa's punch hurt even though his fist didnt turn black like the branch your holding now when i was a kid " said luffy whole shivering after remembering his grandpa's fist of love

"Oh that mean's his Armament haki is so strong, hmmm maybe he has black bone's , oh by the way who's your grandpa?" Asked hancock with a curious look

"My Grandpa's name is Monkey D. Garp " Said luffy with a proud expression then suddenly change into a pale expression, remembering his past of how his grandpa will treat him by throwing him in the jungle

"Oh Monkey D. Garp huh hmmm, wait dont tell me your grandpa is The Marine hero Monkey D. Garp " hancock said with a shock expression since

"Huh Marine Hero Monkey D. Garp ? " luffy said with confusion

"You dont even know your grandpa's identity " hancock Giggles and continued " Your Grandpa even fought equally against the Pirate King Gol D. Roger in there prime you know, no wonder your grandpa's is strong not to coat his arms with armament haki to hit you " hancock giggles while recalling the episode where luffy get's punched by garp in the head

"What my Grandpa is so strong that he can go against the pirate king so cool ! i didnt know that " said luffy with a shock expression while thinking how his grandpa fought against the pirate king

"Yeah let's talk about your grandpa later, training must come first since you want to save ace dont you " Hancock said with a serious tone since she really wanted luffy to adapt fast so that he can already start learning Armament haki and with that, the talk about luffy's grandpa stopped and Hancock started training luffy again

Hancock swing the branch towards luffy and almost dodge's it but still got hit

Hancock was shocked because luffy almost dodge's and at the same time she was happy that the training is really working, but still hit luffy in the head

"It Hurt's is this the only way to train Observation haki " said luffy while touching the small bump on his head

"Im sorry to say this, but this is the best way of training you're Observation haki by trying to sense my attack and while trying to dogde my attack's " said hancock looking at luffy with a hope that he can master observation haki fast so that he can go and save ace in the Impel Down since ace is one of his favourite character in One piece

"No need to say sorry since this is for my own good " luffy continued " Again i need to save ace fast "

"Since you said it yourself " hancock said with an amuse smile appeared on her face

Hancock swing's the branch towards luffy and luffy dodge's it this time, and it suprised hancock, and to make sure that luffy really luckly dodge it hancock asked luffy

'It seem's that his is Observation haki is slowly awakening i hope that he can avoid some of my attacks now ' said hancock in her head with a hopeful expression since she did not want to hit luffy anymore, after all luffy was her another Favorite character in one piece

"How did you dodge that, i mean how did you dodge my first swing ? " asked hancock in a suprise while striking luffy again with a branch

" I don't know but i suddenly have a feeling that your swing is going to hit my head "luffy said with a confusion while hancock swing the branch again and it hit luffy

"It hurt's " said the whining luffy with another bump on his head

"Stop whining you said it to yourself this is for your own good " Said hancock while swinging the stick continuous towards luffy

" I will swing this branch 10 more time's if you can dodge atleast 1 or more of my swing that mean's you are close to achieving Observation haki, and after that you can take a rest, oh by the way you can eat that big croc over there " hancock said while pointing at the big croc that she defeated earlier

" Really i can eat that giant croc, that you defeated earlier " luffy said while drooling about how to cook that giant croc

"Yeah you can eat it, after all im returning to my Palace since i still have responsiblity on my people, but before that we need to continue your training " Hancock said in a serious tone while not caring about luffy daydreaming meat

" Okay this time i will dodge more than 1 of your swing " luffy snap out of his daydreaming of meat and said with full of determination of saving ace and learning haki

"Heh i like your determination to learn haki and to save ace, now let's to this i hope you will dodge more than 1 of my swing this time " said hancock looking at luffy with serious expression and then start's swinging the branch with Haki coated on it

After swinging the branch Luffy manage to dodge 10 of the swing succesfully

"Oh you really manage to succesfully dodge my 10 swing let's continue this tomorrow"hancock continued" oh right Strawhat i hope you can survive tonight, after all there are many beast here that want's to eat you i hope you can use the beast to continue training your observation haki if you want to live here, after all you manage to dodge my swing"

"Goodluck Strawhat i hope you can dodge my 100 swing tomorrow " hancock said while heading towards the exit of the forest, leaving luffy at the forest

"Yosh i will train myself tonight to the fullest so that i can dodge her 100 swings tomorrow " said luffy while walking around the forest to trying to find a wood to make shelter and to make fire for the giant croc meat that hancock defeated earlier

While hancock headed towards the exit of the forest someone suddenly called her name again and that is margaret, still waiting for her to go back to the palace

"Hebihime " Said Margaret while bowing down

"Margaret why did you wait for me or perhaps do you have a question in your mind? " hancock said while looking at margaret with

"I have a question Hebihime perhaps do you know that creature over there?" asked margaret pointing at luffy

"Oh yeah i know what creature is that, that creature is what we called a man since ive answered your question let's hurry i need to take a good bath and a good rest " said hancock with a carefree tone while walking out to the forest with margaret on her side and there she meet elder nyon waiting for her with a worried expression

"Elder Nyon what are you doing here ? "asked hancock looking at the elder with seriousness
