Machiili Island

As both Kane and Lily walks hand in hand, Kane asks Lily " What is the name of the island ? ". Lily looks at chart and says " it says Machiili Island"." It seems although type of fish caught are pretty normal but it seems pretty famous for catching large amount of fish". Living population seems to be about a tenth of million which is top level among small sized islands.

While talking they also see large number of fishers with nets in shallow waters of island.

And there is one fisherman shouting at two men who are dressed in suits not far from the both and many people even watching non-chalantly from the sidelines. Both of them goes to near then and asks an oldman looking to be in 60s " what's going on? ". Old man says " just a newbie not following the rules set and sold fish to outsiders without going through Machiili Association but will soon follow rules to allow fish on the island".

Soon that seemingly new fisherman leaves by shouting " damn blood-sucking profiters, sooner or later there will be no fisherman who will be willing to fish here ". Then walks away deceptively by hiding and taking many turns which causes Both men in suits to loose sight of him. Both Kane and Lily curious follow man easily to building reading 'Dine-in' and enters but finds empty except that man at counter.

Man looking irritated sees two of them and flashes a typical smile and asks " what do you want to eat ?". Both looks at each other and Kane orders " two of every single dish you have and two bottles of milk and also order what you want yourself and it's on us".

Man looks deeply at them and says " wait for half an hour for dishes and milk coming right up ".

Then says to cook inside and brings milk with him and puts on table and sits across them and asks " what do you want to ask ?, ask away ".

Although both looks slightly surprised but Lily asks " What is your name and why were you arguing with people from association?".

Man looks at them seriously and says " my name is Wills and it seems my disguise did not fool you guys as i guessed. About argument, it's nothing new as quality and safety check done by association costs have drastically increased this year and many fisherman want to leave the island to nearby islands due to less earnings ". Also " there is a rule that one should not sell any fish caught without checks from association otherwise you will not be allowed to fish here ".

Kane then asks " why don't fisherman unite and fight back against association?".

Wills answers by saying " we have done it about 15 years ago but were suppressed by force by them as the ones who are in control are One of the five major families, Campbell.

Kane asks " Then why didn't the suppressed fisherman leave the island? ".

Wills says " just after they suppressed, most of them left the island to surrounding ones in this sea area but it is the same at those islands. So it can be said this island is main one and others can be said sub ones. Now main one increases cost while sub ones should have decreased cost which makes migration of people, when main population decrease to certain extent then sub ones increase cost while main one decreased to all time low which makes people to migrate here and thus cycle is formed almost every half a decade ".

Lily asks without much thinking" what does they get by doing this?". While Kane thinks deeply.

Wills then says " This was great idea given by great me, Wills. Can you understand this easily? ".

Kane looks at him and asks " Then why did you tell all this to us? ".

Wills looks at them and sees they were not even slight nervous and says " When you guys were looking at me back at that time, both of you were looking at me while I felt you seen through my disguise and my feeling was right and both of you looked strong so I told you this but I did not see any nervousness on you two which means either you are strong or fool which is obviously not as you can follow me through my deceptions during my way back and also see through the disguise of great me."

Lily then asks " why did you argue with association if you are the one who came up with this plan?"

Wills didnot answer but says " I answered all your questions for treat but if you want me to answer then you must first answer my question." Then asks " How did you see through my disguise?"

Lily looks at Kane who says " ok we will answer you but you must then answer us."

Wills says " ok no problem ".

Kane then remembers and asks " you look less than 30 year old then it means you have come up with this idea when you are in early teens?"

Wills says smugly " I was 12 at that time and will be 27 in 3months ".and then asks " First tell me how you have seen through my disguise?"

Lily simply says " every individual has particular aura and we tracked you using your aura and when we first saw you, you looked disguised but we were not sure until we came into restaurant."" Also, we ourselves are masters of disguise as what you are not looking at are not exact facial details of us."

Explanation by Lily made Wills shocked and took quite a bit of time to digest. Meanwhile,Kane was thinking about great idea mentioned by Wills.

Lily asks "now tell me about your argument."

Wills answers " I had to come up with this idea to prove my skills and brain to Campbell family at that time and about argument I was doing it so that spirit of people in nearby islands donot die out and also expecting some genius to break status-quo."

Kane looks at Wills deeply and says slowly " Does Campbell family control boats traveling from main to sub islands or vice-versa?"

Wills looks shockingly at Kane and blurts out " how did know ?" And then calms down and asks " did you figure out so fastly?"

Kane answers by saying " if you don't control this then there is no point in doing all this and this association should have been formed to deal with merchants who directly buy from fisherman & also to control fisherman & gain more profits by becoming middlemen between merchants and fisherman & also increase good reputation among outsiders & make it more presentable and luxurious to Noble customers ". i.e five birds with one stone. "And also you should be quite kind to come up with plan which has almost no deaths although makes people poor."

Lily then asks " do you expect us to break the status-quo?" to which Wills just nods.

At this time, Cook comes with large amount of dishes and specials which makes them stop talking and both Kane and Lily walks around to wash hands. Along the way, both looks at Bounty orders in which attracts Kane, Lily also looks at Bounty order Kane looking at and sees

Lily looks at Kane and says " looks like either a special talented one or pitiful one with some past." To which Kane answers " most likely second one."

Wills who was attracted by them looks at Bounty order and says " Many are looking for this little girl because of huge Bounty and there is news that she was seen on island nearby sea area which was reported by civillian household." " Are you two not interested?"

Lily says "well slightly interested. If she is specially talented then we can either fight or interact with her but if just a pitiful one then forget it."

Kane says "seems like you are also an intelligence officer." While thinks "well we will meet if there is fate."
