Chapter 3 - King Croc

Asura freezes but not in fear but with his senses he can tell the man in front of him, is extremely powerful way more powerful than himself

"Hohohoho, hello youngin' whats your name?" says the cloaked man

Asura remains quiet and coldly looks at the man

"so the silent type hmm? i dont like those" the man says as he releases his killing intent and aura

Asura feels like a mountain is pressed on him, while also seeing his death many times over, sweating profusely he whispers out his name

"Asura" he says

the cloaked man withdraws his aura and killing intent, and looks intently at Asura

"Hohoho, smart and a strong will, good , don'tt forget that strong name as well, hopefully you can live up to that name child" says the cloaked man

"Shouldn't you reveal your name after i have already given mine, its common courtesy you know" Asura coldly says

The cloaked man laughs, takes off his hood and says "The names King Croc, Killer Croc, or just Croc if you want"

Asura freezes up seeing this mans face, he looks similar to him because they both have crocodile like features, but Croc specifically looks more fishman than him.

Croc is a 11ft tall man, which is intimidating to say the least but he also has razor sharp teeth and claws that also give him an extra factor in intimidation

"Kid, do you know what you just did??" said Croc

"Nope." Asura says

"Well child, you really are one and a million, you are unique, a king" says Croc while squinting in admiration for finding such a gem in the rough

With eyes wide open in disbelief, this is the first time anyone in his life, has ever praised him, not even his mother because he was kept away from her most of the time, but when he was with her it was his favorite time in the world.

"do you really mean it? am i unique, not counting my appearance, but my willpower, my qualities, does it really resemble a king?" says Asura with misty eyes

After he says this he has to stop himself from letting out tears, this is the first time in a year, he has been shown any kind of support, or matter of factly not called him 'human trash'

"Yeah kid, you really got the qualities of one, would you like to come with me somewhere? my home we can talk more about it there" says Croc

Asura now trusting croc, because even though he just met him, and doesn't trust him, with his strength he can do nothing but follow, and hope for the best
