Chapter 58 - Frz Thoughts

"Do you despise her?" Francis inquires of his father.

Meanwhile, Sola was busy reprimanding his three misbehaving children and was oblivious to the conversation.

"No, but I don't have romantic feelings for her. "Unfortunately, I only found out about you today; I just realized that I was the terrible son and now a father who abandons his son," Frz said, a bitter smile on his face.

Francis was taken aback when he learned this from his father. His mother and older siblings told him a lot about his father.

Seeing his father as melancholic, he realizes his father is in pain and searches for a family he is unsure if he can find.

He also notices where he inherited the desire for a complete family.

Suddenly he was shocked that his father hugged him.

What Francis witnessed astounded him. He remembered a happy family.

He noticed a middle-aged man playing with his children. Meanwhile, the wife was preparing a snack for them.

"What was it?" Francis is compelled to inquire of his father.

"It is a unique skill that our family possesses. It's known as Memory Link. We can talk about our experiences. The biggest limitation is that we can't use it on people who aren't blooded relatives,' Frz explained.

"Can I use it as well?" Francis inquired.

"Yes, but you must first learn your special technique," Frz explained.

"Does it require you to hug a family member to activate it?" Francis inquired.

"All right, let me explain the basics. Memory Link is used for more than just memory sharing. It had three main characteristics," Frz explained.

The first step is to share memories, not just true memories because tampered with memories cannot be shared.

Second, it can be used to determine whether or not someone is a blood relative, and the higher the level, the higher the level on the family tree.

The third is that it can be used to transfer memories, such as teaching a skill. The disadvantage is that the person who bestows the skill will forget it.

It is mostly used when an elderly family member is dying and has passed down his knowledge to the next generation.

So he went to City Hall first, because his sons had told him that was where he could get a broker and a permit to buy a house.

"Wow, this city is really big," Frz exclaimed in awe.

He had just discovered that he would have to ride public transportation for two hours to get to City Hall from Sola's house.

"I can't believe Frz got motion sickness. This is my first time riding in this lovely vehicle. Hopefully,, he will be able to adjust "Yssa BB makes a comment.

He was thankful that his system is simple to communicate with. In comparison to someone who was having problems with his system personality.

Frz was taken aback when he learned about vehicles. He had only heard about it before, but he prefers to travel on foot because it is the most convenient for him.

He has the ability to travel from place to place and to hunt monsters for a living.
