Chapter 8- Injury saving fate's choice

I was so thankful to Keiraa for saving me from there. She is still the same. The Strong Cold Alpha, Gaze as hard as ever, Tightened up High Bun - Wearing the Brown Oversized shirt tucked in black tight trousers, Showing off her tattooed arm, Aura being stronger but weakened somehow? It was Intimidating. She was Controlling her pheromones.

"Still she looked so good, and her gaze softened up when she saw us Symon!!" cheered up Kazuto.

"Our Alpha came to us, Symon. She found us- even when we moved from one end of the world to the other. She Cares Symon, Please Don't hate her." reasoned Kazuto when he felt Symon's Anger acting up.

"Don't you dare defend her . She came because of the mate bond, nothing else. I will reject her as soon as she tries to approach us. She Ruined our peaceful life." lashed out his human.

"Why are you so stubborn huh?! It was not her fault. She was finding us. Since WE turned 16 !! Didn't you see how scared she was to meet our eyes? When the foxes commented on us, her fists were clutching and her eyes flickering to red? Didn't you see how she tried to remain calm when other Alphas and Betas were releasing their pheromones, just so that YOU wouldn't fear her if she let her Alpha out!"

"How she maintained her professionalism even if you were OVERPOWERING HER? And did not let you feel uncomfortable with her there. She could have just done what other alphas do when their Omega ticks them off. Force us, but did she? NO" the wolf lets it all out. He was longing for their mate ALL these years. One mistake doesn't define anyone, why was Symon acting this way? so immature unlike how he treats others. It was their Mate for the Moon Goddess's Sake. Mates are the most prioritized beings in one's life.

A knock was heard making both the beings startled.

"Symon, It's time to go home. Why weren't you in your office? and wait are you hiding in the Break room? I was searching for you for 15 minutes. Keiraa told me you were here and were acting all dull after the meeting with the legal team."

"Zen, close the door." hissed Symon.

Walking up to him, after closing the Door, Zen sat on the couch after picking a snack from the counters. "So...? you gonna tell me or..?"

"Did you meet the new Legal team yet?? " "No, I had meetings back to back. I just got free. Why?"

"She is here. As a lawyer. Mr.Tamara hired her and her brother yesterday."

"Who she..? The Strange Alpha you talked about? the one who led your family to you?"

Nodding his head at Zen, Symon gulped the juice zen brought for him.

"Well, the building is closing now. Everyone Left, We should too. I am sure she has left. There was no one around."

"Okay, Let's go. We have to stop at the grocer's too.."

"Dine out or Order the food?"

"Dine out"

After finishing the snack and juice, both the brothers went out of the Break room. Moving out of the building with Zen's Arm over Symon, laughing. Not aware of the hidden eyes of two siblings- In pain. Thea was angered by the behavior of her Omega, Whereas Riki had just found his mate, laying his hand on an Omega's shoulder.

Zen looked around when he neared the hidden siblings. Riki being aware just moved fastly towards their car, Without informing Thea.

When she felt a cold wind blowing past her, where it was just warm by another being's body heat, she turned around, Not being able to find Riki she mind linked him just to get told that her brother was cold and had moved to their car.

"Monie, can you smell that?"

"what?"

"Coffee beans with a bit of sugar..."

Sniffingly he looked around, only to detect a petrichor scent. His mate was here.

"No, I cannot.." he said dismissively, not wanting to continue this topic and go away from this scent as soon as he can.

"Let's go, we still have to stop at the grocer's. yeah?"

"yes, let's go." Zen reluctantly moved away from there. It felt like he was in sudden need of that scent-possessing person, but it was too faint to trace even if he heightens his senses.

Starting the car, both the brother's headed to the Grocers. Symon being aware that his mate was somewhere around them was frequently checking if they were being followed. He can never trust his mate after that day. And Why should he when their car indeed was being followed?

"Zen, speed up a bit" "Turn left. " "Turn right"

While following the orders of his brother, he glanced at the rear view mirror to see a black BMW sedan. Furrowing his eyebrows he asked Symon if he knew who it was. "The Alpha."

They entered a traffic-filled highway and fortunately lost them there.

Reaching the grocer's, Zen questioned Symon if he was positive that it indeed was the alpha to which he had a questioning answer. He was not sure. "Do you remember the number plate?" "yes." "Let's tell mom and ask her to investigate." "yeah"

"Bought everything?" "Yes, monie" "okay, let's go we have to reside the legal team after dinner. Hopefully, all of them haven't arrived there yet. Do you wanna head straight home?"

Getting out of the store, both the brothers checked to see if the car they saw was there or not. Hopefully, it wasn't. Moving fastly, they got home after buying their dinner.

"Monie, you go. I will park the car and will bring the bags"

"Okay, I will start the dinner then." Saying this he entered the colony and moved towards their house, checking to see if the car following them was there or not. It wasn't so who was following them? Having that in his mind he was moving forward while also Hoping He doesn't have to face his mate yet.

Reaching the floor of their apartment, taking powerful steps, demeanor changing to that of one with authority unlike how he was when leaving the office with zen, he moved forward.

The Intensity of the scent was increasing, making him agitated. Kazuto was whimpering when they reached their house out of longingness . His Mate is Here. Their Alpha decided to stay at the residential colony. She is here. He was so ecstatic but the sudden fear of his human-hating his mate consumed him. Kazuto had not spoken to his human after his outburst, which showed Symon how affected he was by the topic of him rejecting his mate. It was so unlike Kazuo to not comment on anything. He was a gossip queen, a truly judging sassy omega, so different from what his human was.

"What are you doing here?" he asked with his sharp and cold voice when he saw his mate and her Omega brother with the Real estate agent standing at the door next to theirs. Even though he was wondering as to why they had so few items of baggage, it was not his concern now. He was furious and it was expressed in his venomous cold voice.

"It's your New Neighbour, Mr.Perri. She and her brother will move in here after a week." answered The Real Estate agent hesitatingly. He was a beta and could surely sense the tension between them.

After a week? Why? Kazuto questioned only to be met with silence from Symon's side how would he know? Watching the crease on her mate's eyebrows, Thea chuckled internally. Ahh, how cute. But she had a rather smug face outside, also not showing how dissatisfied she was seeing him with another alpha.

"Mr. Perri, Your wish is my command. How can I suddenly enter your life and give you a scare, that too after all these years? So let's say I am just giving you some time to adjust to being around me, you know." commented she.

"Ohh, and It's my pleasure to meet you again Mr. Perri. Myself Thea Suzuki. Currently working as a lawyer for the KJ corporation." She introduced herself once again.

Giving the keys to Riki the real estate agent left the trio. He doesn't want to be around them and he still has to show houses at 8 in the evening right? huh right.

It was Intense- the stares going on between the two mates. Not wanting to meddle between them, Riki quickly opened the door and entered the house, hurriedly taking the items of baggage inside at once.

"Why are you here Alpha? Wanting to ruin my life once again? Why would you show your face to me after going away? huh?"

"Symon." this one word was enough for him to let his tears out. He never thought hearing his mate, his alpha say his name out loud with such softness would affect him this much.

"Dear, please forgive me for leaving you there. I was weak back then, too much of a coward to face you after letting my alpha out to make you submit." she was on the brink of losing her composure. "Symon" "Stop right there, I don't want an explanation. You hurt me- you pay. I am no longer the weak Symon whom you can play with. Don't show me your face. I no longer need any destined being connected to me." Even though he seemed unaffected. He was a wreck inside.

"I, Symon Perri of the Perri Family, from the Midnight Dagger pack, Re--" he was cut off by a scream. Looking back he saw Blue injured, Blood oozing out of her hand and cuts on her leg, Zen supporting her.

"Monie, mom is coming here, your suspicion was right. Someone was following us" said Zen.

Symon ran to them, totally ignoring his startled mate who was getting her heart broken a second and then was suddenly rescued from it by this badly injured girl.

"What happened? When?!" Symon said quickly hurrying back to open the door and carrying his sister inside.
