Chu Feng

In Nine Serenities there are other powers or nations apart from the Dynasty.

The Soaring Cloud Dynasty is located at Eastern part of Nine Serenities.

In the Southern part are some kingdoms, in order to contend against other powers this kingdoms decided to unit and formed a kingdom alliance.

Opening the first Headline Meng Hao started reading the news about a delegation from the kingdoms alliance visiting the Dynasty and also including a planned tour around some of the important part of the Dynasty.

While he was reading the news he order was delivered, a brown looking cake and a big bottle of a red color drink this particular cake and drink is made by Mr Shan.

Meng Hao started eating while going through the news,

Suddenly he felt two people coming into the restaurant raising his head Meng Hao saw two youngster a boy and a girl around the age of 17 years old.

The girl with an innocent look, beautiful face, big watery eyes and a perfect body, she is a type of girl one want to protect, beside her is an ordinary looking boy but with a firm gaze the two are wearing a blue coloured robe.

The girl seeing Meng Hao rushed to him saying

"Brother Meng Hao it's been a while",

" Qin Yanran you are looking beautiful as always", replied Meng Hao with a smile on his face, hearing what he said Qin Yanran with a shy face said

"Brother Meng Hao you are teasing Yanran again.

Mr Shan hearing their voices came out of the back room seeing her father Qin Yanran decided to escape from Meng Hao before he continue teasing her, Qin Yanran is Mr Shan Daughter and for about a year now Meng Hao have been coming here so they got to know each other.

After Mr Shan greeted his daughter he turned to the boy that came with his daughter

"Chu Feng come in and have a seat it been awhile since you came here" he said,

" Uncle Shan I have recently been busy with Cultivation so I rarely leave the Martial Hall",

Chu Feng replied.

Qin Yanran turn to Meng Hao and Said

" Brother Meng Hao this is Chu Feng my mate at the Martial Hall and also a childhood friend"

Meng Hao nodded to greet Chu Feng who replied the same after taking a seat Chu Feng couldn't help but check out Meng Hao

After checking Meng Hao out he didn't found anything extraordinary, Chu Feng have heard about Meng Hao before, the county city governor son who is a trash and was rejected from attending the Martial Hall.

But three months ago Chu Feng lost a battle terribly at the Martial Hall he returned to his room feeling down, suddenly the ring he was wearing started shining.

The ring was given to him by his mother and an old man appeared, long story short the man Old Tang was responsible for his disappearing spirit essences, he was angry at first but the man took him as a disciple and taught him a powerful technique since then Chu Feng position has been improving in the Martial Hall and he feels like a main character in a fantasy story.

In Chu Feng left hand is a black color ring inside the ring an old man is currently sitting crossed leg and reading some books.

Chu Feng send his thought into the ring,

"Master please help me check out that guy over there".

He said to Old Tang.

Old Tang closing the book started feeling what is happening outside, from the ring he can see everything happening outside, considering his soul power he can check out people without them knowing.

When his soul power went to check Meng Hao, Meng Hao has been checking news on his Crystal Rune suddenly felt he is been scanned he raised up his head to see who it was and discovered it coming from the guy Yanran introduced as Chu Feng.

After checking he felt the soul power coming from the ring that is on Chu Feng hand.

Meng Hao decided to block and a retaliate, a powerful soul power erupted from his body and went towards the ring.

Old Tang who was in the ring suddenly felt been locked on by a powerful soul power, What!! he couldn't help exclaim,

"How is this possible"....
