Yuki-onna (snow woman)

Hannya pondered while looking at the information of three ayakashi that he can summon.

He did not know if the world is completely the same as it was depicted in the novel, but it would be wise to heighten his chances of survival depending on the situation. For all he knew, his current location is someone else's territory, and he might need to confront this monster sooner or later, thus he need to carefully choose his pick.

Setsura

Race: Yuki-onna (snow woman)

Her "fear" is the ability to manipulate ice and cold wind, which primarily enables her to release a long breath of snowstorm that can freeze her opponent. Her ice techniques allow her to model weapons like the naginata.

Available skill: Noroi no Fubuki, Yukigeshō  - a technique that freezes and shatters the enemy to pieces.

Aotabou

Race: Demon God

His "fear" gives him limitless strength, allowing him to crush his enemies skulls and bones.

Available skill: Katsu a spell which utilizes his rosary. It releases energy that seems to put people to sleep.

Hihi

Race: Baboon Yokai (aged monkey)

His "fear" gives him a tough defense against physical attacks and great agility.

Passive skill: Strength gain +2

After scanning all the details, Hannya pondered for awhile, among the three Setsura seems to be the best available choice.

In the Scarlet mountain range, lays the nest of the Scarlet Dragon; which is known for it's ability to control fire.

2 of the available summons were strength type Great Demons which wouldn't be able to help that much. Setsura on the other hand has the ability to control ice, it may not be the exact bane of fire element but it still has a great resistance towards fire.

After making his decision, he crushed the summoning ticket, "Summon Setsura"

Summoning 1%..20%..100%

When the percentage hits 100% a huge summoning circle appeared in front of Hannya.

A few seconds after it's appearance, the entire summoning circle produced a blinding light giving the impression of holiness.

Slowly, the light dimmed and eventually dissappeared, leaving in it's wake is a woman with long hair that reaches her waist; colored with a mix of black and varying shades of blue. Her hair, is wavy.

Her eyes are crimson and somewhat slanted, filled with concentric rings. She is wearing a scarf with a growth-ring pattern and a furisode with a butterfly motif along the hem and the bottom of the sleeves.

Her beauty and aura can only be described as; Stunning

Hannya was stunned, watching the appearance of the legendary Yuki-onna. 'Did Nurarihyon really refused the advances of this woman?!' He thought.

While lost in thought, Setsura who was summoned was dazed for awhile, it took a few minutes for her to collect herself and slowly surveyed her surrounding until she caught a figure of someone.

Time seems to stop, as the background slowly dissappeared from her view, only leaving the young man.

The Lord of Pandemonium, the one who commands the tumoltuous horde of demons.

She rubbed her eyes, trying to make sure that the man she's pursuing is truly the one standing before her. She had her doubts for awhile, but it soon vanished like a thin smoke.

When she realize that it wasn't an illusion, her lips started to curl up and her beautiful smile blossomed but instead of a beautiful scene, the aura she's giving is completely different, it was like she found the prey she wanted the most.

Hannya suddenly woke up from stupor and sensed a great danger, Setsura's expression right now is extremely scary, it gives him the feeling that he was a delicacy that was about to be served in front of a gourmet.

Licking her lips, she slowly woke closer to Nurarihyon and flirtily said "Nurarihyon~sama."

Hannya suddenly felt a cold breeze. No matter how people look at this scene, it would simply paint a beautiful woman flirting with her husband, however to Hannya who was receiving this affection, it was terrifying. Despite the cold atmosphere sweat started to appear on his back.

He now realized why Nurarihyon rejected this beauty.

Despite her beautiful appearance, she was covered with an aura of possessiveness. Even though he's feeling a bit scared from her approach he hid it under his calm smile.

But what made Hannya shocked the most was that his summons has their own thoughts, he was actually under the impression that his summons would just appear like a puppet and just follow his orders.

If his summons really has their own will, wouldn't they kill me if they found out that I'm not Nurarihyon? Hannya asked the system immediately.
