In the distant horizon, the sun had finally settled down as the moon replaced it's position up in the sky, as it peeks at the world, It's light covered both Heaven and Earth, glowing alone in the sky as the howls of wolves resounded clearly, it was extremely eerie.
Few days has passed since the Rihan and the others arrived in New Moon City. The news about how the Nura Clan forced the multiple Elders from different forces to disperse spread, countless people became interested about the clan as several influential tried to get some hidden information about the clan.
The Elders from the Burning Heaven Clan Branch, Cloudy Sun Sect, Iron Spear Clan, Seven Deadly Sword Pavilion remained silent.
Their silence was taken as their affirmation that the rumours were true. A huge sensation sweep the entire New Moon City after hearing about what has transpired.
In a Tavern situated inside the New Moon City.
"Have you heard about news? It seems like it's true that the Nura Clan forced the other forces to kneel down under their might."
"Yeah, I heard about it. It is said that only one man from that Clan subdued the influential Elders from different clans."
"It is also said that the young master of the clan is extremely powerful that some of the Youngsters that wanted to join the Blue Wind Empire Ranking Tournament plans to back out if that young master joins the tournament."
A man covered in Black cloak listening to the side had a smirk plastered on his face, with the Nura Clan pushed into the spotlight it became easier for them to move behind the shadows.
Moments later, the bald guy with a scar on his face, the one who initiated the conversation about the Nura Clan sat beside the cloak guy as the latter handed him a bag full of yellow profound coins.
Mezomaru on the side disguised as a waitress smiled as he witness the transaction between the two.
'Found you'
He served the customers as he hiddenly kept his eyes on the suspicious man in Black Cloak. He won't let him get away, or else the Gyuuki Clan would become a laughing stock in the Clan.
When he noticed the man went out, he immediately make a quick work and went out silently. Mezomaru specialized in soul technique so he was able to perfectly blend in the dark as he followed the man.
He went into a Dark Alley way as he met up with another man in the same clothing.
"Have you completed the task?"
"Yes, We also hired some bards to spread the Nura Clan's name."
"Good, let's get out of here or else someone might be able to track the rumours back to us."
The two figures dissappeared in darkness, Mezomaru's eyes turned cold as he heard their conversation.
So it's true that someone is pulling the strings in the shadows, but what is there purpose? Just what is their plan. He followed the two as he increased his vigilance and manipulated his aura to completely erase his presence.
The two unaware men continued on their way back to their headquarters without any idea that someone is following their tracks.
Moments later, Mezomaru found the two enter an run-down house. He sensed multiple people inside the room. There are thirteen, no, fifteen people inside.
He silently walked closer to the house.
"Hehehe, you all we're now rich!!!"
"Who would have thought that we could earn a big amount of Profound Coins by just spreading rumours."
Mezomaru could feel a boisterous laughter inside.
"Hey, do you know why we were ordered to spread this rumours?"
"Well, according to that 'man', the Brighter the light the darker the shadow would become, with us pushing that clan in the spotlight, we are helping those people hidden in the shadows, no one would notice once those guys abducted the princess."
Light? Shadows? Princess? So it means that someone is plotting something by using our clan's name? And who is this princess they were talking about?
Mezomaru leaned closer to learn more about the situation when he heard a voice behind his back.
"Eavesdropping is not a good habit y'know?"
Before he could make a move he already lost his conciousness.
Bang!
As everyone were enjoying their moment they suddenly heard someone kick the door, when they checked the situation they saw one their Leader grabbing an unconcious waitress by the neck as if it was a cat and not a human.
...
Tonight at the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range,
An extremely strong pressure could be felt in the air as humongous shadows seems to engulf the lands.
The thick trees in the forest swayed back and forth as they faced the pressure; after all, faced with the current strong gales and raging waves coming from the horde it simply couldn't withstand that long.
A large tumoltuous horde can be seen threading to a path less travelled by others, the horde was accompanied by rolling fog and unnatural lights along with an eerie feel to the air.
Dark-ink crows with red eyes hovered in the air, portraying a chilly and terrifying scene.
Walking at the helm of this group was a man that appeared to be eighteen years of age to the human eye. Through closer inspection, this individual was a handsome with elegant features, and charisma like that of Yakuza leader; with a long hair that protruded outward from the back of his head. The top half of his hair was a goldish-white while the bottom half of his hair was black, with hetechromatic eyes of red and gold that looks extremely mysterious and unique.
The markings in his air made his existence even more apparent.
Donning a dark blue leather cloak with designs with a design of what appeared to be a 'fear' character printed on the back, over a black kimono, along with a three-eyed, three-tailed wolf hanging around his shoulders like a shawl.
His appearance and disposition was attractive enough to make any sexually awakened girl who yearned for love, become completely infatuated.
Behind him we're a group of Human's with a strange Dark Phoenix mark on their foreheads which emanates a terrifying aura, adding up this hundreds of Clan members covered with a thick layer Profound Strength caused the air around them to distort from time to time.
As they got down from the mountain they saw a couple standing together as if they were expecting their sudden arrival.
"We have been waiting for your arrival, Sodaisho (Supreme Commander)." Karasu Tengu bowed together with his wife Nuregarasu as they respectfully welcomed Hannya's arrival.
The latter only nodded and continued walking.
Karasu Tengu walked behind Hannya and reported his findings.
Hearing the narrative from Karasu Tengu, Hannya's gaze gave off a feeling of coldness; the corner of his mouth tilted deviously and revealed a cold smile.
"So you're saying that you found some traces of some people pulling the strings in the shadows and using our clan as a bait?" Hannya asked as they walked.
"Yes, Mezomaru is currently luring out those people, so we can destroy them in one swoop." Karasu Tengu replied as his eyes shone with bloodlust.
As expected, the system wouldn't give him such a magnanimous reward so easily. He felt like he was given a bag of cash with countless venomous snakes inside.
"Don't worry too much about it, once they appear we can just confront them right away or if they don't want to we can just force them." Though Hannya didn't notice it, the current smile on his face looked extremely bloodthirsty, Karasu Tengu who saw this for the first time felt a bit scared from the power oozing out of Hannya's body.
"Karasu Tengu, An ayakashi shouldn't be scared. Don't forget that."
Those words caused Karasu Tengu to stop in his tracks as he watch Hannya's back.
'As expected of Supreme Commander, he wasn't fazed at all'
As long as the Supreme Commander is around, no one would be able to destroy the Night Parade of Hundred Demons.
As he glance at the people in the back, he could feel also feel a terrifying aura, it seems like the Supreme Commander was able to recruit an army of Devils.
Their Towering pressure is threatening to flatten the mountain as crazy wind blew violently causing the clouds scatter, sand disperse and rocks flung.
The worst decision you people have ever made is to make an enemy of the Lord of the Night, this thought was shared by both Karasu Tengu and Nuregarasu as they felt a bit sorry for this enemies.
