Hannya touched his chin as he considered her proposal, it was indeed possible for him to help them, he won't be losing anything in this deal after all.

"Do you have plans for them Oyaji?" Rihan asked while lazing around, looking at their sorry figure.

"Yeah, they will become one of our chess piece in this world of grand schemes, though they will only have the position of a pawn; a cannon fodder." Hannya replied nonchalantly.

Rihan only shrugged, he didn't mind, with the Clan's current strength those people won't be able to do anything.

"Oh by the way Oyaji, what do you think about the sudden appearance of this old man in astral form?"

"Oh that? I don't have any idea for now. Might as well wait for Karasu-tengu to send us in-depth information about them, with his strength together with the Phoenix Clan, they should be able to manage." Hannya assured Rihan, even though he wasn't showing it, Hannya knew that this brat was worried.

"Also don't forget to sweep the tournament, failure is not an option. I will rest for now." Hannya added as he left towards his room.

After receiving the paper attached on the Crow he let it stay on his shoulder and made his way towards Hannya's room.

Ling Chu stayed like a wooden block in front of the door until he heard Hannya's voice granting him permission to enter.

He saw Hannya sitting casually near the window while smoking.

He went closer and kneeled as he handed the paper that was attached on the Crow.

Hannya nodded as he took it and read the contents of the letter.

Ling Chu can see Hannya raised his eyebrows however he didn't find any signs of worries so he felt relieved as well.

After a few minutes, Hannya stood and sent Ling Chu to summon everyone in the meeting room.

It didn't take a long time until every member of the Nura Clan appeared on the meeting room.

Cang Yue, Qin Wushang as well as Fen Juechen weren't allowed to participate as they are not part of the clan, and it doesn't concern them.

Inside the meeting room, Hannya glanced at everyone and nodded as he started the meeting.

"Earlier today, we received a report from Karasu-tengu with regards to the current situation of the clan." Hannya spoke while observing everyone and noticed them tensed a bit, he continued, "everything is alright as the astral spirit haven't done anything, Karasu-tengu together with Yun Che were currently observing him, and they found something odd."

Gyuuki's eyes narrowed as he asked, "What did that spirit do sodaisho (Supreme Commander)?"

"I called it odd as it seems like that spirit was trying to communicate with the black Phoenix Clan however they can't hear the words coming out from him."

Everyone frowned, Rihan spoke his doubts,"is it possible that the Astral Spirit had some connections with the Black Phoenix Clan?"

Hannya nodded as he also thought of it's possibility, "That can only be confirmed when we return but for now it's good enough to know that the clan is safe. For now, just focus on the tournament."
