Not-So an Extra
Suddenly being thrown into the novel's world and possessing a pretty much fucked up character made him have no choice but to continue his life as a new identity. And just like any sane person who transmigrated into a book, of course, he would destroy every red flag that stood in his way. Ch. 68: Hang Out [2]
Adrian looked at Nathaniel with a puzzled expression on his face and voiced his confusion. "Aren't we supposed to head toward the Corbenik Mercenary?"
"Tsk. My brother is such a bore." Nathaniel rolled his eyes in boredom. Letting out a sigh, he responded. "It's not often that we get the chance to go out together like this."
Well, what Nathaniel said was true; after all, their factions were enemies.
Nathaniel approached a food booth and ordered something. He placed two silver coins on the table and took two grilled squid skewers from the vendor.
"Here." Nathaniel offered him one and he received it.
Adrian took a bite, savoring the delightful blend of sweetness, spice, and a subtle hint of acidity that tantalized his taste buds. "It's delicious."
Nathaniel grinned. "I know, right?"
"Yeah." Adrian nodded in agreement and took another bite.
"Let's try something else."
