Not Sure You Can Afford It
Sarah who had dragged Letty, into the dress store was greeted by the seamstress who gave her a bow and hesitantly gave a bow to Letty too, as she had come along with the young miss in rich clothing.
“Good afternoon milady’s how may I help you today?”, and Sarah returned the woman’s greetings before saying,
“We are looking for dresses that might suit soirees and tea parties and some to wear at home”.
“I see, let me look for some of them that might suit your liking, while you look at the some of the styles that have been drawn out”, said the seamstress handing over a drawing surface that contained designs of different dresses to Sarah.
The seamstress left to look for the dresses, while Letty took her time to admire the dress that had a silver flower embroidery at the chest of it complimenting the black colour of the gown.
Letty stretched her hands to touch the soft linen of the dress with it’s delicate sewing when she heard someone speak behind her.
