In the past, he might have only been interested in the Tenseigan, but now, with his Rinnegan sacrificed to Uzumaki Nagato in exchange for a sage body, his options were limited.

Acquiring the Tenseigan seemed to be the logical next step.

"Perfect timing!"

Uchiha Madara's eyes gleamed with anticipation.

Each of the five major countries had their hidden villages, and the screen displayed the current state of affairs.

In that case, it should be eradicated using the Tenseigan, as per the Ōtsutsuki clan's division of opinion. This would also persuade the peace-seeking faction of the time."

"Unfortunately, I am the sole survivor of the Moon's  Ōtsutsuki clan, and I was born without eyes, rendering me unable to activate the massive Tenseigan directly. Thus, I have refrained from taking action."

"My initial plan was to develop my physique to its utmost potential, return to Earth to acquire a pair of Byakugan, and then evolve them into Tenseigans before initiating my plan."

"But now, there's no need for such trouble!"

Ōtsutsuki Toneri openly disclosed this information to everyone.
