Hash could bear seeing Isabel crying. It was torture. Whenever Isabel saw him unresponsive, she would leave and cry. That would make Hugh cry, too. He never felt helpless in his life. He prayed that some intervention would come and help them.

Janna was very irresponsible, as usual. He would display her affection to him, feed him, assist him to his room. Isabel was now sleeping in her own room.
