Jealousy kiss

Sonya lay down and thought about what she had said to Maxwell earlier. She wonder if she really wants to spend the rest of her life with him and slept with the thought in her mind.

Sonya woke up lazily and got out of bed. She walk downstairs to see if Maxwell is also awake, but she was surprised to see Simon. "Simon?" She said to confirm what she was seeing. Simon stood up from his seat and wave at her. Sonya quickly walk over to him. "Why and how are you here?" She asked totally surprised. Maxwell stood there also.

"Your friend told me you might be here, so I asked Evelyn for the address" he answered.

"But why would you look for me early this morning. And I thought you were not feeling too well. Are you all good now?" She said.

"I have something important to tell you, that's why" Sonya stop and realize that the fact that he is here and not asking for explanation means that he knows about her and Maxwell's relationship.

"What is so important?" She asked.

"It's about your Dad, I have it ready" he said. Sonya was elated and hugged him.

"Really? Thank you so much" She said happily.

"That's why am here to take you" he added

"Okay, I will quickly dress up and come out" she said and ran upstairs. Maxwell who has been ignored since Sonya entered, turned to follow her.

"So you are just going to go" he said to her when he enter the room.

"Yes, this is really important to me. Sorry" she answered from the bathroom and continue with what she was doing.

"Even if you are not going to study again, why don't you take your bath? Are just going to wash your face." He said again.

"I will wash at Simon's place." She said as she finished brushing and cleaning her face. She drag Maxwell's hand together with her and they went downstairs together. They got to Simon and she let go of his hand and wave him bye, then went to the car outside.

"Thanks for taking care of her for me. I will surely repay you Mr Hart" Simon said sardonically and smiled at him before he followed Sonya. He opened the door for her and she entered. Just as he was about to drive off, Maxwell came and stop him. Then he walk over to Sonya's side. She put her head out through the window.

"What.." before she finish Maxwell captured her mouth and kissed her. Sonya was surprised but still responded to the kiss. After few second, he stopped and touched her hair.

"Immediately I finish this, I will tell you all about it" she said happily and Simon drove off. After a while, Sonya felt that the mood in the car was down and she wonder if Simon was upset. "Hey, are you angry about something?" She asked and waited for his reply, Simon suddenly stop the car and park by the side.

"How can you sleep over at a man's house?" He asked angrily.

"Why are you angry, it's not that much of a big deal" she answered

"When were you going to tell me you have a boyfriend?" He asked again.

"Soon I guess" she replied and continued

"It's not a big deal. Am not a kid and I don't need to tell you everything about myself, There are somethings I will want to keep to myself" she said. Simon was upset but he tried to conceal it. "When do you guys start dating?"

"Three weeks ago" she simply replied.

"How do you know about us? Am sure it's either Evelyn or Loveth who told you"

"it's none of them. It's Maxwell. He said something about it yesterday but I didn't quite get it. Then I figured it out last night and wanted to see you but you were not at home. So I ask Charles" he explained.

"Oh, that's true. Charles is Amy's brother so is possible they know each other" she thought and he continues driving."So what about my dad? You said you found out everything" she faced him.

"Don't you think you are making a mistake by dating someone like Hart. He is a very rich billionaire and what if he already has someone he will marry and just needs someone to play with? Also will his parents accept you?" He asked instead. Sonya was getting annoyed by his word.

"I thought we are done with any talk about my relationship. Also he is not that kind of person and besides he is my online friend. The one I told you stays here. Surprising isn't it.

"That guy you are always chatting with?" He asked shocked.

"You are also surprised right, so was I when I found out but it's really a good thing. The one I like online is also the one I like in person" Sonya was excited as she talks.

"Don't you think he is cheating you. First of all, why would someone like him chat with you. He is a very busy person. And when you just get here not up to six months and he already like you enough to make you his girlfriend" Simon stressed. Sonya keep quiet and thought for a while.

"What Simon said actually sound reasonable" she thought.

"But I already met his mom. If there was someone else, she won't be nice to me like that" she said not giving up.

"You already met his mom?" Simon asked surprised.

"We are here!" Sonya said to stop the conversation when she saw that they were already at their destination.

"You can go park your car, I will wait for you inside" she said to avoid his question and quickly get off from the car. Simon wanted to say something else but she was already out of view. He quickly park the car to join her inside.

"So, what did you find out?" Sonya said to him immediately he enters. Simon enter his room and bought out a file. He display the content on the table before her.

"He is the present CEO of B&B company, and this is his house address. Also, he has a wife and two children. What do you intend to do?" Sonya look at everything one by one. The picture of her father's wife look like that of her mother but you know for one thing that it's impossible. She looked at the other pictures. It's was a young girl and a guy who seems to be older than her.

"Am not sure yet but I know for one thing that there is more to what I know and I must find that out. Also, even seeing all this I refuse to believe that my dad will abandon me" she replied him. "Whatever way you intend to go, just know you have my support" he said.

"And also I found out that B&B is one of the company Hart group of companies is doing business with. They've invested in most of their projects and the two are very good partners." He added.

"I don't think so" Sonya said and stopped. She remembered the first time when she just joined Max well's company.

"Concerning Mr Philips case. B&B seems to be rivals with them. She thought.

"Do you know something?" Simon said when he saw that she seems lost in thought.

"No, nothing. Am just thinking that my exams are fast approaching, so I will like to suspend this till after my exam" she replied.
