Necromancer saves the day [BL]

Jua Gu peered at the young man struggling to climb out of a deadly pit. "Do you need my help? I'll climb down and assist you," he gestured from atop the cliff. "I don't need your help!" the young protagonist shouted, gritting his teeth. "Really?" Jua Gu blankly gazed down at him. "Really, I can do it on my own..." the next second, the young man tumbled down from the great height, falling to his death. "For God's sake!" Jua Gu howled. "This is the tenth time he has died! Why won't he accept my help?" He quickly rewound time until the young man was hanging for his life. This time as well, the young man gritted his teeth and shouted that he didn't need his help. "But I need you alive, buddy!" Jua Gu climbed down and grabbed him by the waist. "The world depends on it, and for God's sake, if you die again, I will kill myself." The young protagonist's eyes shone brightly. "You love me so much that you can't live without me?" He hugged Jua Gu's waist tightly. Jua Gu raised a brow. "No." The young man smirked mysteriously. "It's okay to love me." "No, I don't!" "Because I love you too." "You misunderstood!" Jua Gu, panting, gazed at the lunatic. "Why does every single protagonist think I love them?!" "Because you're lovable," the young protagonist grinned widely.

Chapter 7 - The Original owner's crime

Ying Mao waited around a bit to give Jua and his grandmother some privacy. Hugging the huge bento box, he roamed around the hospital gardens.

After an hour or so he spotted the old lady walking out of the ward.

he hurried to the VIP patient's room and entered without knocking.

The young man on the bed seemed surprised by this. his pale face was three shades paler and his usual pink lips were pale and slightly blue. His right arm was in a huge cast and his left leg was completely covered in a white plaster cast. Since his legs were injured to this extent, he was only allowed to wear short shorts that came up to his upper thigh.

Ying Mao frowned. 'won't he get cold? why is he sitting there exposing his legs.' He walked up to him and placed the heavy bento box on the bale close by. Without a word, he went to adjust the sheet around his leg.

All the while Jua looked down at him curiously with a smile in his eyes.

Ying Mao glared up at him. "What are you looking at? You think this can change what you did." he then glanced at his caretaker. "Can I talk to him alone please?"

The young woman nodded. "I'll be waiting outside young master," she walked out calmly.

When they were all alone Ying Mao finally revealed this rage that he had hidden in his heart.

He glared at him deeply.

Jua Hasin was just two years older than him. if he wasn't there shielding him from the kidnapper's view then he might have been the one who was beaten up that day.

'Why did he do it? why did he help me when he was the one who kidnapped me? change of mind?'

Jua Gu peered back at him. 'Why I this kid so cute...' the protagonist of this world was just a cute child who looked like a white dumpling. He simply wanted to pinch his pouty cheeks. "How old are you?"

"Ten," the boy said with a frown.

But he stayed still looking down at him.

Children have always feared him.

So, he learned to keep his distance from them.

"What are you looking' at huh?" the kid glared at him with his arms folded over his chest. He looked just like a steaming little dumpling.

Jua smiled softly holding back the laughter that was escaping his mouth.

"Are you laughing at me? Do I look like a joke to you, you asshole! You shitting kidnapped me and you laugh at my face,"

"don't cuss," he corrected him softly.

"I can cuss if I want to. shithead! Poopface!"

Jua laughed out loud. "Okay, okay. Don't be angry," he reached out a hand and gently touched his soft head.

The young boy shook his hand off. "Get off of me. You rascal! You… why did you kidnap me?"

Jua raised a brow. 'Okay, where is this going? Did this original owner kidnap the child?'

He had no memories pertaining to this body he had inhabited. So, he did not answer that question.

"I won't tell anyone… I know you did it for your grandma. I already asked my mum to fund her treatment." The boy looked away with a pout. "Next time don't do something like that. it's dangerous."

Jua paused. His hand gently picked his pouty cheeks.

The original owner's grandmother was beyond saving.

Her body was already rotting away from the inside out. even with spiritual medicines, he would only be able to prolong her life by a few years. But this world lacked even that.

That could only mean she did not even have a few months to live.

"She is very sick," he whispered softly. "There is no use."

The kid shot out of his seat glaring up at him. "What do you mean no use? Didn't you kidnap me to save her? right?"

Jua did not answer him. The small boy might not understand. "There are some things in this world that we might not be able to change. she is also like that. you will understand when you grow up," he gently tousled up his soft black hair. "Go back home."

"Stop treating me like a child!" The boy pouted and bit his hand. "I'm telling everyone what you did. just you wait!"

There was a soft knock on the door. "Young master the cops are here to talk to Master Jua."

"Let them in," the boy gazed at him victoriously. "I'll tell them," He whispered.

Jua simply smiled. The original owner was cruel to get this small kind boy involved in that mess.

If the people in this world punished him for the original owner's crime, then so be it.

Two cops walked in and greeted him with a smile. "How are you today, Jua Hasin?"

"I'm good," Jua nodded.

"We will only ask you a few questions. Just answer them truthfully, okay?"

"Hmm..."

"When the kidnappers took you did you happen to see their faces? Any facial features..." the men looked at him anxiously.

Jua shook his head. The men were wearing a mask all along.

Ying Mao who was by his side frowned deeply. 'Liar, he knew then personally. How dare he lie like this.' he gently pushed the boy's casted arm.

Jua let out a loud hiss hugging the arm tightly to his chest.

Seeing his exaggerated reaction, Ying froze. "It…It was by accident. I'm sorry,"

With tears in his eyes, Jua lay on the bed holding his arm. This sensitive body was too annoying.

The cops asked a few more questions and quickly noted them down on their tablets.

Jua curiously looked at the device. 'What is that? why are the tapping on t as I answer?'

Seeing his curious look one of the cops smiled and patted his shoulders. "You did great kid. we still have a few more questions. We will be out in no time,"

He still gazed at the box-like thing. It was lit up and there were words on it. 'How did they write without a brush and paper!!'

The cops looked at each other. "What are you looking at?"

"This... what is this?"

They once again confusedly gazed at him. "This is a tablet."

"Tablet… you write on it?"

Ying Mao sensed something strange in this exchange. "Call the doctors." He asked his caretaker with a frown.

The young man sitting on the bed was still curiously gazing at the tablet. 'Something feels different. he doesn't feel like the old Jua I know.'
