School...
David wakes up in the morning. He circulates his chakra a bit to wake up and heads to the kitchen for breakfast. Preparing his usual cereal despite being extra hungry from using chakra he holds off and only eats what a regular person would. His stomach slightly sated he heads to school after watching the news on the appearance of systems. He arrives and heads to his first class. Walking in, his only friend Lucas comes up to him.
"Hey bro, what did you choose? DC or Marvel? I chose Marvel. Guess what my superpower is... Invisibility! You know what I'm gonna do with that!" Lucas winks as he finishes the last bit. A few girls look over in disgust at the pair. David is a little stunned from the rapid fire speaking Lucas did. He is questioned again. "So, DC or Marvel?"
"Neither! I chose the Naruto System!" Daniel said proudly. Lucas looks at him dumbfounded. "You weeb! I can't believe you went for a Japanese system over American, where's your sense of patriotism?" David looks a little sheepish as he says, "I didn't want to follow the crowd, and I remember from watching Naruto that you consume a lot of energy using chakra. So I hoped to lose weight with this system."
Lucas takes a step back and looks at him... He suddenly smiles and says "Not a bad choice dude! I think you might've already lost some weight!" David looks down and pokes his belly. "Hey maybe you're right!" He says optimistically returning the smile. At this point the teacher walks in and begins teaching. They spend the rest of the day learning and the school day passes pretty quickly.
Lucas and David meet up after classes, Lucas invites David to head over to the beach and hunt some magic beasts for system points tomorrow. David agrees and they head their separate ways. At home David once again starts working out and receives tenish system points in addition to the tenish he got last night from meditating. After exercising, he purchases a chakra paper to determine his affinity. As he's inserting his chakra the system rings out.

The paper first became damp to signify water. Then crumpled to signify lightning. Next it split in half to signify wind. Then one half burst into flames and turned to ash to signify flame. Finally the other half turned to dirt and crumbled through David's hands signifying earth. David is shocked. He asks the system if the first person in other countries is granted this boon. They are, He's not the only one to awaken to the five elements.
David uses 50 of the 100 points he got to learn learn the basic fire ball technique. The information transmits to his mind. He practices the hand signals before going outside into his yard to use chakra. The first time he uses it a small ball of fire shoots out. After practice of over an hour, the ball is bigger and he can create a stream of fire
"Dinner time!"
Hearing his mothers call, David heads back into the house. He sits down with his mother to eat. As soon as he tastes the food he starts gobbling down. It's more than delicious! "You should become a cook! With this type of cooking you could be famous!" His mom ponders for a bit and agrees with him, this food is better than anything they've ever had. She decides to apply to restaurants after dinner. They finish up and do the dishes together.
His mom applied to restaurants all over the city while David was meditating. After a few hours they both head to bed saying one final 'I love you' to each other for the day.
Because he is in the city he hasn't encountered any magic beasts yet. The closest place is the beach where lower powered creatures are gathered. Any high ones are instantly cleared out by the coast and life guards who awakened to instant super powers.
The Marvel and DC systems give a lot of power in the beginning, but there is not a lot of room for growth. Comparatively the Naruto System starts out with less power, but after time gains more than the general Marvel or DC system. However that's not to say everyone in the U.S. only chose Marvel or DC.
