First shapeshifter

At 5 years old, Naruto haden't expected to be kicked out of he orphonage. Even if Naruto had always been more mature and intelligent then others his age, the boy still haden't expected it. Fortunately, Naruto remembered that his Jiji was the Hokage of the village and might be able to help him. Naruto then ran to the hokage's tower and entered the man's office.

The hokage, who was doing his paperwork at the time the boy ran in, was suprised at his presence, after all he was supposed to be sleeping at this hour.

Hiruzen- What are you doing here at this hour Naruto?

Naruto- I was kicked out of the orphonage by the head lady and came to see you.

Hiruzen- Really now? Well that is unacceptable, I will have someone go arrest her. While they do that, why don't you wait here for little bit, just so I can go get a list of place you can live at in the future and choose from.

Naruto- Okay.

Hiruzen, then went and chose a couple of documents wih buldings, appartments or house Naruto could live at in the future, then went back to the office.

Hiruzen- Here they are my boy, now you just have to choose from them and we will settle the other issues afterward.

Naruto- What kind of issues?

Hiruzen- Like how much will be your monthly stipend, showing you where to go for necessities, giving you access to your heritage and more. Anyway here, I picked for you options, now you just have to choose wich one you want.

Naruto- Okay.

Naruto, then looked at the options and began analyzing them.

Option 1

Type: House

Location: Forest, outskirt of konoha

Owner: N/A

Floor: 3

Yard: Yes, gigantic

Note: This house is situated in a forest not so far from the Uchiha clan coumpound, at the outskirt of konoha. It has 3 floors and has a gigantic yard. The yard, because of the house's location can be used as a training ground by it's resident(s) if they so wishes, without disturbing their neighbours.

Option 2

Type: House

Location: Uptown

Owner: N/A

Floor: 2

Yard: Yes, medium

Note: Due to the house's location, nearby road possesses a medium level of traffic during thr day and the occasional person walking at night. It also had to be known, that there are nearby clans both shinibi and civilian.

Option 3

Type: Appartment

Location: Downtown, near Konoha's shinobi academy,

Appartment adress: 3F

Owner: N/A

Floor: 1

Yard: N/A

Note: Due to the appartment's location, it should be known that during the day a large amount of noise can be expected due to the shinobi academy nearby. It should also be known that the appartment is old and will soon be getting renovated to it's prior state.

Option 4

Type: House

Location: Downtown, mainstreet

Owner: N/A

Floor: 1

Yard: N/A

Note: During the day, a large amount of pedestrian traffic and noise is to be expected. During the night, a small amout of pedestrian traffic is to be expected accompanied by the near constant low noise.

After a long time during wich Naruto weighted is options, in the he chose Option 1. It was clearly the better one by far, but it would take the longest to pay completely and is the most expensive, there was also the fact that every time he would want to go shopping or do activities he would have to walk a long distance.

Naruto- Jiji, I choose the first option, because while I know that it is expensive and will take a long time to pay, along with the fact that every time I will want to go shopping or do activities I will have to walk a long distance, I prefer the fact that it has a gigantic yard that I will be able to use as a training ground, since it is surrounded by trees I can use them for a multitude of things and the fact that it is in the nature so it as clean air, among other things. Also, if I ever decide to add building later on there will be the place to do so.

Hiruzen- Every time I am suprised when you respond to me with such maturity. Since you have chosen option 1, it is now yours. You will have to sign some documents so that it is officially yours, but we will do those when you will sign the other documents from the issues I was talking to you about. Speaking of them, I will now go get some the various documents, then we will talk about those. In the meanwhile, Anbu, go prepare the house with everyday necessities that can last a child for a month.

Naruto, then saw 4 shadows swish by him and disappear, then he had to wait a few minutes until the hokage came back with a small stack of documents wich made Naruto sweatdrop.

Hiruzen- Here they are my boy. Now, before signing them be sure to read what is wrtitten on them so you know what you can and can't do. It also help that by reading them you can see if there are somethings that are not right.

Naruto, then took the document referring to the house he had chosen then began ro read it. The document told him that he would basically own a piece of land as n as one of the bigger clans of konoha, he would have to pay for a total of 30 000 000 ryō, but if his parents were who he thought they were then he was pretty sure it wouldn't make a dent in their founds. It also told him that he could make any change to the terrain as he sees fit.

Naruto then signed the document and Hiruzen noticing so, started to tell him about the issues.

Hiruzen- Now that you have signed the first document, I will now start by informing you that until you graduate from the shinobi academy or reach the age of 18, you will receive a monthly stipend of 20 000 ryō.

Naruto- Ok

Hiruzen- Since you are quite intelligent, I am assuming you already know who your parents, but just in case i will tell you who they are. Your mother, is Kushina Uzumaki. She used to be the princess and heir of the Uzumaki clan, as such when her clan was destroyed, she gained possession of the Uzumaki vault wich contain if my memory serves me right at least 10 trillion ryō that was accumulated by the clan since the era of the sage of six paths, I think it also contained a few swords, a lot of scrolls about various things and a knife that I have here that is used to open the pocket dimension it is all stored in with the aid of Uzumaki seals. Here you can take the knife, be sure not to lose it or have it be stolen.

Naruto then took the knife and put it in his pocket secured.

Hiruzen- Now then, as for your father, he is Minato Namikaze the fourth hokage and if i'm right, the vault should have around 2 billion ryō.

Naruto- I knew that my parents would have a lot of money, but not this much. Is it okay if I pay the house I just baught completely?

Hiruzen- Of course, then after you paid it I can show you where your new house is and where to buy necessities.

Naruto, then took out 30 million ryō and gave it to the older man.

Naruto and Hiruzen then went around the villages at different shop so that Naruto would know where to buy things and then took a long walk to Naruto's house.

Hiruzen- Here it is Naruto, it is now yours. I will have to leave now, because I still have paperwork to do.

Naruto- Bye, Jiji.

The boy then went inside his new house and explored it.

Later in the evening, just before he went to bed a blue translucent screen appeared in front of him.

Suprised at this development, Naruto studied the screen for a while and thaught about what each could give him more of an advantage, but also wich seemed more interesting. He almost chose fox, but since many people told him he was the demon fox incarnate and he had already figured out that he was the nine tails jinchuriki and guessed that since he had a fox in his gut, he would already have it's advantage like true shapeshifting wich would translate to a true henge for him, extremely good luck, an affinity for the fire element and great stealth related abilities. Then Naruto chose Panda. The screen changed and on it was written it's adventages.
