The person who suddenly appeared was none other than the Third Raikage, known as the strongest of the contemporary era! 

The Third Raikage, Ai, possessed a physique that represented the pinnacle of human strength.

If Kakashi was in such a state, it was no wonder that Obito and Rin, who stood beside him, were completely paralyzed with fear, standing like lifeless dolls.

Noticing the unusual behavior of the three behind him, Minato Namikaze sighed and stepped to the side to shield them.

"Well done, Yellow Flash of Konoha."

The oppressive atmosphere finally broke. The Third Raikage's voice was gruff and raspy, yet it carried a strong sense of authority: "I've heard of you. They say you're incredibly fast. I assume that's due to the Flying Thunder God Technique of the Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama?"

"Why is the Raikage of the Hidden Cloud Village here?"

Namikaze Minato tightened his grip on his kunai, his expression grave and muscles taut, not daring to be careless in the slightest.

"An old man visited the Hidden Cloud Village and told me something quite intriguing."

The Third Raikage crossed his arms, seemingly relaxed and unguarded, and continued calmly: "So, I sent B and 'A' to investigate. I didn't expect them to almost lose their lives here."

Minato's anxiety heightened, worried that the situation might take a turn for the worse. He quickly tried to clarify: "As the Raikage, you must understand that it's forbidden for ninjas from other nations to cross borders. Moreover, the situation is not as it seems. In reality, it is…"

"There's no need for explanations, Yellow Flash of Konoha."

The Third Raikage raised a hand to cut him off, his gaze steady and devoid of anger: "I'm not angry, nor am I placing blame. In fact, I can understand your actions from your point of view."

Minato was taken aback, surprised that the seemingly irascible Third Raikage was unexpectedly reasonable.

But the Third Raikage's next words made Minato's heart sink.

"But."

The Third Raikage slowly lowered his hands. Lightning danced around his body, and a radiant blue chakra enveloped him like armor. 

A fierce aura surged, creating an air wave that felt like a massive tidal wave crashing through the world, pressing forward with immense force.

"Since B and 'A' have been reduced to this state, it's only natural for me, as the Raikage, to seek revenge, right?"

The Third Raikage's long blond hair stood erect like steel needles, and his voice roared like a giant beast: "You are a Konoha ninja, and I am the Raikage of the Hidden Cloud Village. We both have our convictions and different stances. While I understand your position, it doesn't mean I will let you go."

What he meant was clear: if there's a grudge, it should be avenged.
