Rock Lee

- 3rd Person Pov -

Kai was climbing a tall mountain a little bit far away from Konohagakure, Thinking of it, He had never seen this mountain here in his life and somehow he finds it now.

As for the reason he was climbing the mountain, It was an assignment from his new Sensei, Guy. Guy was ectastic after Kai asked to be trained.

And for this mountain climbing exercise, He had to use no Chakra and climb with one hand. It was easier said than done but the fact that Rock Lee was already at the top annoyed him to the core.

"Augh-" Kai groaned as he continued climbing, making sure to use his right hand only. He refused to switch out, He was new to Mountain climbing. He never did it in his previous life and was new, but the prospect of 'Fist Of The Strong' becoming a stronger skill made him more determined. 

His Taijutsu varied from other Taijutsu, It wasn't about the hand movement. His Taijutsu was all about positioning. His Taijutsu was empowered with Chakra and it was the Chakra that made it powerful, He had above average physical strength but with Guy's training, He was sure to make his form even more powerful and therefore increase his strength in the long run.

But what he was most interested in was the Lotus technique, It was a powerful Taijutsu that inflicted damage on the User as well as the Target. As for his plan on learning the Lotus, He was going to train his Endurance to the limit. Hopefully, There would be an item tonight for increasing his endurance to the max!

Kai finally reached the top and exhaled, his breathing had gone haggard, a testament to the strain that he felt throughout his entire body. Lee on the other hand wasn't sweating and instead he was looking at his Sensei with the utmost respect.

'Everyone might call them weirdos but their physical prowess is on another level,' Kai thought as he sprung off the ground.

"Guy-sensei, I have completed my Mission," Kai said with a bow, "I'd like another one immediately,"

"Ooh- Me too, Guy-sensei! Me too!" Lee exclaimed.

"Alright calm down, Lee... Kai, are you sure you don't want a break?" Guy asked.

"Yes, Sensei. I want to become stronger," Kai said with enthusiasm, making Guy's eyes sparkle.

"Now this is Youth!"

For the next objective, Kai and Lee had been assigned to do Two Thousand Push-ups, Sit-ups and Squats.

Considering it was multiple times higher than the Famous exercise that Saitama used, Kai once again respected the strength of Guy but at the same time, He questioned the sanity of the man. Who tells a 14-year old and a 15-year old to do Two thousand Push-ups, Sit-ups and Squats?

Lee's age was not a secret, He was a talented Genin so the name Rock Lee wasn't really new to him. Especially a feat of him defeating even a Low ranked Chunin from the Village of the Sand, an ally village.

He didn't have any problem with Lee, He hadn't had any bad first impressions as Lee came off as the kind of guy who was vibrant and cheerful. He was a good person, and he even had the same stupid crush on Sakura.

The difference was the power between the Anime & Manga version and the version he was seeing, The Lee that he knew wouldn't be capable of beating a Chunin... Chunin are powerful and the reason he had even beaten one as skilled as Mizuki was because he took the guy by surprise and because of the Big Bang Attack but for Lee to beat a Chunin without using the Primary Lotus, It was extraordinary.

'I beat a Mid ranked Chunin so I'm more powerful,' Kai praised himself inwardly.

The two students crouched and looked at each other, Lee flashed the younger boy a smile.

"I'm happy to finally have a training partner," Lee said and started doing push-ups.

Kai's brain shortcircuited, His tongue rolled and his pupils almost swirled out of his eyes.

'How many Push-ups per second???'

It was Night now, Kai could estimate it to be 8pm at most as the moon was up and shining. He was having a good time being a Ninja in Konohagakure village, Even if it had been two years here, He never wanted to go back... He never wanted to go back to his past life. 

Before he was a nobody but now, He was somebody. He was someone who his classmates respected, He was someone who was a talent among the Konoha Ninja... He was someone who was having a great life but nothing good ever lasts forever, Once the Survival Training Arc starts, He would more or less be in danger.

Sure, Limitless was a great technique but even that had it's Limits, It wasn't invincible as the name suggested but it would help him.

As for the Big Bang attack, It was a straight forward technique capable of mass destruction. A technique that he didn't plan to use for a long time, not to mention the amount of Chakra he had to burn through to just create the ball.

He wanted more skills, More skills from other worlds as well as to Unlock his Sharingan but what could he do? He had to wait... As a wise man once said.

'Good things come to people who wait,'
