Unexpected

As a Konoha Jonin i have access to several "Secrets" of the village, and as the genius i am it was pretty easy to realize when things where not as as they seemed to me. For one, the third great ninja war had not happened and yet Minato had already taken the spot as Hokage for reasons still unknown to Ren, probably just a common handing down of power from one to another.

Hiruzen was old, so much so that it seemed he had aged considerably in this world as opposed to the original, was I complaining? hell no that monkey deserves everything that he has coming for him regardless whether he tried his best for the village or not. Another point of notice, a very big one at that, the Senju where still intact as the main pillar of the village with Tsunade still being present as the Senju clan head. Truth be told i was rather happy that Tsunade was still in the village along with the Senju after all it saved me the eventual trouble of having to look for her.

There where still other changes to the world that I of course don't really know of I am sure but that can be discovered along the way, my main objective at the moment is to acquire a little something called Hashirama cells, or more importantly something called Wood Release.

Orochimaru? i'm sure he is hiding somewhere underground near here after all he also had yet to leave the village or be kicked out by Hiruzen. All that was left was to find him and that could easily be done with a little thing called Mind's eye of the Kagura, what can i say? i'm a genius reincarnator.... Okay okay, it seems that somewhere along the lines the original owner of this body before I tagged in somehow got it perhaps even as a hereditary gift from his parents or.... well my parents.

~somewhere in the outskirts of Konoha's main gates underground~

A vas amount of chakra flooded the place leaving its single inhabitant paralyzed with surprise for a brief moment, before finally regaining his composure and looking towards the entrance of the underground cave of sorts.

"My, what a surprise it is to see you visit me. Ren Uzumaki"

The slippery snek himself has spoken

"Orochimaru, i've come to bargain"

This time it was the redhead himself who had finally stopped his cool walk in front of orochimaru.

"What is it that an esteemed Uzumaki has come to find me for in one of my most hidden research facilities, hm?" Orochimaru was intrigued as to how the Uzumaki had even found the place to begin with, after all it is a hidden laboratory for a reason.

"You have something in your possession that I would like to incorporate into my body by any means necessary." Ren looked at the snake with a serious expression on his face.

"Hmm I see, and assuming that what you want is in my possession what is it that you would trade for this thing?" indeed he was very curious.

"I know you are still in possession of the first hokage, Hashirama's cells" Orochimaru widened his eyes again at what the Uzumaki was asking him, what truly baffled him is how this man who had only been in the village for 2 days had gotten ahold of something that no one else except his teacher Sarutobi Hiruzen could possibly know.

"Well... what is it that you wish to trade for these cells then, Ren Uzumaki" Ren smiled at Orochimaru and pointed at himself "I'll trade you for something that is almost just as premium as Hashirama's cells, my own cells. Adding on to that I'll even sweeten the deal by promising you 2 favors"

Orochimaru looked at Ren with intrigue in his eyes while also thinking about the deal, however it was evident that he would accept it after all its not every day that an uzumaki will give some of his cells up voluntarily not to mention Orochimaru was for the lack of better wording short of Uzumaki cells to begin with.

"I've gathered that you were assigned the position of Jonin, what is it that a Jonin such as yourself can offer me, a Sannin, as a favor?" Orochimaru looked at Ren with a creepy smile on his face like he usually wears.

'As expected he has spies and informants laying all around the village.'

"Do not take me for a fool Orochimaru you have felt my chakra and I dare say I have enough to dwarf your reserves two times over. I may only be a Jonin now but in the future there are many things that i could do, not to mention the imminent threat of a third shinobi war." The two looked at each other in silence at thought of such a thing happening, despite this silence it was evident both where excited for a war even if Orochimaru simply wanted lab rats/ test subjects for his.. noble cause.

"Yes it would seem you are correct. Well then I'll go along with what you want, when is it that you wish to mix with the Hashirama cells?" Ren started walking towards Orochimaru slowly

"I hope you are free right now to start the procedure"

"Indeed i am" Orochimaru led Ren deeper into the bat ca- i mean hideout.
