Naruto's eyes widened before he could even process that he had possibly been transmigrated as Naruto, he didn't expect that he would get a system as well in this strange world.

He calmed down soon enough and didn't freak out due to his experience as an otaku.

He took a deep breath and asked, "Are you my cheat in this world?"

[That is correct, Host. I exist to fulfill all of your desires, no matter if you want to fuck all the ninjas of this world or if you want world domination ."]

"So, will you help me get all the female ninjas of Konoha?" He asked curiously as he couldn't believe that something so good would come true.

The system replied in a confident tone, 

[Not only the female ninjas of this village but I will help you get all the females that you want.]

Naruto started imagining his future life with the system, but before he could think further, he decided to ask what was on his mind.

"So am I Naruto now or someone else?"

The system replied,

[System has already taken care of it, I have transported Naruto to another continent on this world. The host will replace Naruto and everyone will only remember the host in their memories instead of Naruto. Now, Host, you are the Naruto of this world.]

Naruto took a moment to reflect on this truth, contemplating the possible effects it could have on not only himself but on all others around him as well.

"So, I'm in my room right now, just came back from the ninja academy." He spoke aloud after thinking about it for a second, his memories were still messy so he would need some time to get used to them.

"Looks like mom is out now, this world is really too different, the academy starts too late, saying that kids should grow up happy instead of being at war all the time. This change was brought by Minato hmm. That's why I'm 18 and still on the level of an academy student." He paused slightly,

"And as before, I'm still below average in strength, even though I have learned Shadow Clone Jutsu, I haven't mastered it yet."

He thought about his current strength, which he knew wasn't enough to survive in this world due to future events.

Naruto looked at all of his stats one by one, he frowned from seeing his below-average battle power, 'Well it makes sense, after all, Naruto was pretty weak in the beginning.'

He continued looking further down, "Hmm...what about this charm stat? Will this enhance my appearance? Or just increase my attractiveness towards the opposite sex?"

[It will increase both your attractiveness and your appearance with time. But you can only increase this stat with special quests.]

Naruto nodded his head as this was reasonable. 'Hmm, I have a few skills but none of them have I mastered yet.'

He thought looking at his skills.

Just then the system spoke again,

[New Quest: Kiss your sister!]

[Reward: +2 Increase in all Stats, Chakra +10%]

Naruto's eyes widened in surprise as he looked at the new quest, "Why is it making me have an incestuous relationship, even though I'm not Naruto, but the feelings are the same." He thought about it further to what the system wanted, but as it said before, he was there to fulfill his desires.

He concluded with a slight smile, "This doesn't matter now, since I wanted to have her in my harem already. Good, with this, I can finally improve my strength quickly."

He got up from his bed and stood tall at a height of 185cm. He looked at the door and thought about what Mitsuki would be doing right now.

"She must be in her room studying as usual, after all, she is one of the top students in the academy even if she isn't the strongest, her academic performance is good." He thought as he opened his door and went to look for her.

His sister's room was just a bit away from his room towards his right. He went there and knocked on the door twice.

He could hear her coming towards the gate as he patiently waited for her, who soon opened the gate.

As soon as his sight landed on the beautiful face of his sister, he felt his breath hitching. She had red eyes, red hair, and fair white skin. Her body was also well-proportioned, like an hourglass figure.

She stood in front of him, looking into his eyes as she asked, "What do you need, Ni-Chan?" Her voice felt as soft as a breeze, bringing Shen Yuan back from his fantasy.

"Ah, nothing in particular. I was just checking if you were alright or not." He spoke casually and entered the room, after all, it wasn't his first time in her room and they spent the majority of their time in each other's room anyway.

Her face lit up in a happy smile as she looked at him entering her room, she followed him inside after closing the gate.

Naruto went ahead and sat on the bed, taking a deep breath and feeling the feminine scent in the room.

Mitsuki blushed lightly, seeing him smelling her room. Even though this was nothing new this still makes her blush every time.

She also went ahead and sat down with him. "You seem different today, Ni-Chan."

She spoke looking at him, making his heart skip a beat as he caressed her cheek and asked, "What feels different?"

"Hmm," she put a finger in her chin and looked at him carefully, "If I have to point out one thing then it is your confident demeanor."
