My sensei!

It was the next day and team seven was waiting for Kakashi to arrive, even if Kakashi was a good sensei it was annoying that he was always late. Later on, Kakashi finally appeared, "Hello sorry I'm late I saw a black cat and had to go the other way."

They had all gotten used to Kakashi's antics and did say anything about it. "Anyways, the thing I wanted to tell you guys was that I will be training Sasuke during this month." "Alone?" asked Sakura, "Yes," Naruto was confused, "So what will we be doing?"

"I have made arrangements for you to train with other people. Sakura you will train with Kurenai, she already agreed to teach you some genjutsu." "Will I be training with Asuma? We have one of the same affinity," Kakashi nodded his head no.

"Good guess but I have someone even better to help you, the Hokage has called him to the leaf and he will train you, he is master Jiraiya one of the Sannin." said Kakashi, Minato who was with Naruto to make sure nothing happened was shocked, "Sensei? This is not good, Naruto makes sure he doesn't turn you into a perv!"

Somewhere on the way back to Konoha, a white-haired man sneezed, "Oh! Some pretty lady must be talking about me." said Jiraiya in a pervy tone groping the air. Back with Kakashi, Naruto asked a question. "Where will I meet him?"

Kakashi responded, "He should find you after meeting with the Hokage. Now I think it's time for us to go." he said grabbing Sasuke and bringing him along. Now that Naruto was alone he decided to go get some ramen.

After reaching Ichiraku he was surprised to see Hinata there, "Oh Hinata how are you doing?" he asked casually. Hinata got a little red, "I'm doing ok, how about you Naruto?" she said without stuttering. "I'm going pretty good," Naruo replied after ordering his ramen.

In the Hokage's office, a white-haired man was sitting on a chair staring at Hiruzen. "So, sensei what's the problem." Hiruzen blew out some smoke, "Orochimaru attacked a group of genin during the exams, Naruto and Sasuke."

Jiraiya's eyes went wide, "Minato's kid and the last Uchiha, how are they holding up?" Hiruzen continued smoking filling up the room, "They are fine, they repelled Orochimaru, well that's what we think considering none of them were seriously injured or dead."

"So it seems the kid picked up on Minato's genius. But why did you call me?" Hiruzen continued, "Two reasons, the first is I want you to be my guard during the exams in case anything happens. Second is that I want you to train Naruto, I am afraid the Akatsuki will soon make a move and he needs to be stronger."

"Ok, that's fine I guess," said Jiraiya as he stood up, "Training a genius is pretty fun." Jiraiya then set out to find Naruto. Jiraiya began searching the chakra signatures in the village until he found Naruto and the tailed beast chakra.

Jiraiya had planned to just barge into Ichiraku but decided against it when he saw Naruto and Hinata together. Jiraiya had a blush on his face, it seems he's not only a genius at being a ninja. Naruto was in the middle of eating when he felt a hand pat him on the back.

"Oh ho, so you're a ladies man like myself that's good, I will teach you well," said Jiraiya in a pervy voice. Naruto was shocked, he hadn't even sensed Jiraiya and he was looking for him, if he hadn't touched him he would have never known he was there!

Jiraiya let Naruto finish eating until they left to go train. "So why are you here, I heard you don't like being in Konoha?" Jiraiya just waved his hand, "I am supposed to be here just in case anything happens with Orochimaru."

Naruto was surprised he told him that, "Isn't that supposed to be a secret?" Jiraiya turned a little serious, "telling kids lies about the world is never a good thing, they need to know that not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Bad things happen, very bad things and they need to know that before it's too late."

Naruto agreed with him. He never knew why people hated him but once he knew why he could accept the fact. "So what will you be teaching me?" asked Naruto, "first I will teach you the summoning jutsu, and if you learn that fast enough I have something else I can teach you."

Jiraiya then summoned out a scroll, "this is the scroll needed to summon toads, if you want to summon them you will need to sign your name in blood." Naruto pulled out a kunai and sliced his thumb and then wrote his name.

They soon got far enough away that they wouldn't bother the village in any way. Minato had been following them, it had been nice to see his son and sensei both interact. Jiraiya sat down, "Do you know the hand signs for the summoning jutsu?"

"No I don't" responded Naruto, Jiraiya then went through each hand sign. "Now you try, only put a small amount of chakra in, I don't want you summoning anything too big." Naruto then went through the hand seals and placed his hand on the ground.

"Summoning Jutsu!" a seal marking spread across the ground. A large amount of smoke popped out of nowhere and when it cleared you could see a small orange toad. "Hey kid, got any snacks?"

Jiraiya clapped his hands, "wow good job I expected that to take much longer but that's not the end of it! Follow me!" Naruto then followed Jiraiya to a much bigger area. "This is where you will master this jutsu. In this time period, I cannot make you memorize each toad's chakra signature but I can help you control the size, first, try summoning a bigger toad." Naruto used the Jutsu again and this time a huge amount of smoke popped up and a blue toad was shown. "Oh, not a bad summon, Gamahiro." "Oh Jiraiya, it's been a while since you have summoned me, what can I do for you?"

"Actually I didn't summon you, he did." Gamahiro turned around to face Naruto, "Hello, how may I help you?" Gamahiro said in a polite tone, he was very nice compared to a lot of the other toads as Naruo would soon find out.
