Concept idea:-

OC/SI is reborn into the Naruto universe, being a fan of both the series and Star wars, decides that why not combine the best of both, creating his own Jutsus and techniques similar to that of Jedi and Sith teachings.

Future ideas:-

Bringing in various of his own age to teach them

Forming his own clan/sect with the teachings being secret to members only

Jedi division becomes a thing within Konoha
