Body Purification Pill

Naruto sat cross-legged on his bed, the dim light of the room illuminating the dairy he is holding. the pages smelled like old. reading her dairy naruto wanted to know weather she faced any good opportunities but it is about endless accounts of her day-to-day activities .

"Ugh, this is so boring," Naruto muttered, flipping through the pages quickly. As he flipped the pages when the dairy is about end, he had seen three words which cause his attention they are 'Body' 'Purification' 'Pill'.

He froze, his eyes narrowing as he carefully flipped pages from the back, now with concentrating every word until he reach the page where the details of pill located.

His heartbeat quickened as he read through the describing about the pill. the after effects of the pill that kushina stated is similar to his past world and the technique to create this pill too, almost the same as in his past world. 

Why is this pill mentioned here? he wondered. Could there be a reason my soul ended up in this world? Is there some connection between this place and my past life? shaking his head he mutters, "that might not be the case, maybe this type of pill can be created in this world in the past." 

In the dairy Kushina explained that the Body Purification Pill was a secret recipe passed to Kushina by the heiress of the Kosei clan, a powerful ally of the uzumaki clan. The kosei clan specialized in medical ninjutsu and shares common interests with the uzumaki, particularly uzumaki clans regenerative abilities attracted the most to kosei clan.

The recipe listed rare ingredients: Akakawa Leaf, Kokoro Seed, Mizuneko Root, Yūjin Mushroom, and Sakura Petal. the dairy has ingredients images and also stated their rarity and where to find. 

Naruto leaned back, deep in thought. These ingredients... they're rare, but not impossible to find. If I can make this pill all my body impurities will be gone, it could be the first step toward building the strength I need in this world. I'll need to investigate this further.

Then naruto finds a sword beneath the bed. naruto takes it, as it can be used when necessary. with that much searchings naruto went to sleep.

...in the Next morning

Naruto does his morning exercise and then he does his daily activities. He uses his newly brought seal scroll to collect food and water, he also places the sword in it.

Naruto arrives at the training grounds with sasuke and sakura. kakashi assigns them a mundane task. its to catch a stray cat for a local family. naruto groaned, clearly unimpressed, but grudgingly followed along.

It wasn't long before they found the cat. Naruto was the first to grab it, but instead of holding it still, he hurled it toward sakura with a smirk.

"Catch!" he called out.

The startled Sakura barely managed to grab the cat, but it scratched her hand in retaliation.

"Naruto!" she yelled angrily, holding her scratched hand. "What is wrong with you?!"

Naruto said with smirk. "You couldn't catch it yourself, so how is this my fault?"

Sakura fumed, her frustration building as sasuke watched with mild disinterest. "You're impossible!" she snapped.

With the cat successfully delivered, the three stood before the Third Hokage to report their mission. 

"Old man!" Sauske finally blurted out. "Why do we keep getting these lame tasks? Give us something real! Something challenging to test our capabilities!"

Hiruzen chuckled, "Oh, so you want a real challenge, do you?"

Sauske and naruto both nods.

The Hokage stroked his beard thoughtfully. "Very well. I have a C-rank mission for you. you'll escort a guest to their destination."

Sakura perked up with interest at the mention of a guest. "A guest? Is it someone famous? maybe a celebrity?"

Hiruzen smiled enigmatically. "You'll find out soon enough. Come in, please."

The doors opened, and a disheveled man stumbled inside, holding a bottle of booze. his cheeks were flushed, and his unsteady gait suggested he had been drinking for quite some time. He glanced lazily at the team, taking another sip from the booze bottle.

Sakura's jaw dropped. "Wait, this guy is the guest? Seriously?!"

The man smirked. "what's with the look, brats? you got a problem?"

Naruto pointed an accusing finger at him. "yeah, I've got a problem! you're supposed to be the person we're escorting? you don't even look like you can walk straight!"

The guest let out a loud laugh, "hahahaha" nearly tripping over himself. "Guess you'll have to work extra hard to keep me safe then, eh?"

Sasuke sighed audibly, "This is going to be a disaster."

Hiruzen chuckled, "your mission is to escort this man safely to his destination. I'm sure you'll handle it just fine."

Sauske groaned, already regretting his earlier demand for a "real task." sakura stared at the guest in disbelief, and naruto remained calm but clearly unimpressed.

"Alright, Team 7" Kakashi said, "Let's get started. This will be… interesting."

Naruto muttered under his breath as they left the office, the drunken guest trailing behind. Why do my instinct's saying that this mission is going to be more troublesome than it's worth?
