Chapter 33: Confronting Orochimaru  

Sasuke bypassed Jiraiya and others in advance. 

He probably guessed that Orochimaru had sent someone to find him, but now was not the time. 

He would wait until he suffered a loss at the hands of Tsunade and Jiraiya.
