Title: End 4
...
"Are we really going to Summon all these guys?" Suigestu, who was standing behind Jugo, asked in a bit of fear.
"So it seems." Jūgo replied uncaringly but his eyes were fully focused on the twelve dead white Zetsus on the ground.
"No matter what, we just have to do it." Kimimaro said as he recalled the feeling he got from the man who told Orochimaru to Summon a few people.
It was already disturbing enough that he knew they were planning on Reanimating the past Hokages, but to tell them to summon relics of the past on par with the likes of Hashirama...
"That man...he's strong." Itachi added.
"Even you think that?" Suigestu asked and Itachi nodded. "I doubt any human could possess the amount of chakra he possessed."
"Kukukuku. As expected of you Itachi, but that's where you're wrong." Orochimaru laughed creepily at the Uchiha.
"Oh?"
"That man...he only allowed us to sense that..." Orochimaru said as his smile grew wider. "After all, humans only listen and comprehend what they can visualize and understand."
Saying that, Orochimaru turned to the bodies and began his ritual. Thinking back to the words of the man, he couldn't help but shake his head.
The pressure he alone had to bear was not something the others couldn't imagine. Thankfully, the man was magnanimous enough to leave a seal behind.
With that seal, as far as he remains focused, no harm will be done to him by the group.
But should they leave the confines of the seal...in the man's words: It was fair game.
The group watched him dance around like a puppet being controlled by strings and by the time he was done, the various Zetsus began to squirm as figures began taking shape.
In next to no time, twelve figures stood dazedly in front of the group of six, an eerie silence descended on the hall that not even the wind dared to blow.
"Huh? What's with this shit? I thought I died already?" One voice broke the silence causing everyone to turn to him. "To disturb the rest of one such as I...how impetuous, hahahaha."
"It's you...Anel."
"Huh? It's God Anel to you!" The man barked furiously. Turning to the person who just spoke, Anel couldn't help but withdraw his fury and said in shock. "It's you...Byakuren! Why are you this old?"
"Unlike you warmongering idiots, I love to enjoy my peace." The old man said as he stroked his beards.
God Anel, the First Raikage, stood in his full glory, his towering figure casting a shadow over the hall. Standing at an impressive height, he exuded an aura of strength and authority that commanded respect from all who beheld him.
His muscular frame was laid bare, his powerful physique evident, muscles rippling with each movement as he shifted his weight.
His face was weathered with age, looking like one in his mid-fifties, yet his eyes burned with an intense fire that spoke of years of battle and hardship.
Around his hands were Golden Bracelets that gave off the feeling of immense weight, yet he moved as though they were nothing but trinkets.
With a flex of his chakra, the bracelets squirmed before dissolving and flowing to meet each other before taking the shape of a staff.
"Since we're all here, I suppose even dead, we're still needed to decide who's the stronger amongst us!"
"Raikage-sama, I don't think that's the reason for this." A new voice interrupted the man, causing him to turn to the owner.
"Oh? Akarui, you're here too!?" He exclaimed in joy at seeing his old comrade. "Tenkuji too. That's good. It seems we're the majority. Let's show the bastards the might of the Cloud Village."
"As Brutish as ever. What an eyesore." Another voice broke their get together, this time a woman's, and turning to look at the owner of the voice, the group beheld Mikoto in all her beauty casting a disdainful look at the group from Kumo.
"What did you say you bitch!?" Anel shouted but was ignored by the woman who turned to the others and said.
"It seems we were all summoned back from the dead... Tobirama...is this one of those pesky Jutsus of yours?" The woman asked icily, causing the room's temperature to reduce by a few degrees.
"Mah mah. Mikoto-nee, although it is obviously his Jutsu, it's obvious he's also been summoned. If anything, we should be asking those people over there. They look alive to me."
"Oh-ho? Is this Orochimaru? What madness have you got planned now?" Hiruzen asked causing the older Reanimations to turn their gaze to him
"Who's the shorty?" Anel asked, causing the faces of both Hiruzen and Orochimaru to twitch a little. Even Minato who didn't understand what was going on couldn't help but shake a little.
"That's Hiruzen Sarutobi. The Third Hokage and my student. Watch your tone with him, Anel." Tobirama replied coldly,. defending the pride of his precious student.
"That's God Anel to you brat and if you have a problem with my tone, care to take it up with my staff?" Anel said and twirled his staff only for Hashirama to speak.
"Stop it." The pressure in the room suddenly changed causing even Anel to pause and reel in his annoyance.
"So even you, with all your power, have fallen this low." Yuri chuckled, dismissing the pressure the man was exuding.
"Haha. What can I say, my brother is a genius." Hashirama also chuckled, his pressure immediately disappearing as soon as he laughed.
"Hey guys...have you noticed? Considering our status, isn't this guy a little bit too young to be here?" One of the Kages who hadn't spoken since the beginning suddenly said.
"Huh?"
"That guy. The Blonde. What's his deal? He seems dangerous." The man, Reto, the first Kazekage and the most annoying of them all said.
"Eh? I'm Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage." Minato introduced himself while turning to show his Haori.
"Oh? The Fourth Hokage you say? But why do you look so young?" Hashirama asked, feeling joy. "Seems like the village has survived for so long."
"Surely it has. Unfortunately, Minato here died too young." Hiruzen replied.
"And the Fifth. Who's the fifth Hokage?" Hashirama asked, feeling even more giddy much to the annoyance of the few other Kages.
"It's Tsunade, your granddaughter." Orochimaru who had been sweating profusely said.
"Huh?" Hashirama suddenly deflated. Even Tobirama couldn't help but frown, which wasn't noticed since his face was basically sculpted into a frown.
"Since there's a fourth Hokage, does that mean there are other Kages too?" Byakuren, the old Mizukage asked Orochimaru.
"Of course. At present, the Five Elemental Villages all have Fifth generation Kages... except for the Cloud Village." Orochimaru answered.
"Huh? What does that mean?" Anel shouted in query.
"It means that the Fourth Raikage is still alive and well." Minato answered with a smile.
"Hmm... It seems like the wars haven't stopped even after so long." Hashirama said disappointedly.
"Unfortunately." Minato replied. "In my time, we had just finished the Third Shinobi World war."
"Threw wars? How disappointing." Mikoto said. "It's no wonder there isn't a dead Hanakage here."
"Now that you mention it... Where's Kuchiki-nii?" Yuri asked Orochimaru. "Why wasn't he resurrected?"
"What are you saying Yuri, can't you feel this force stopping us from acting up here? If Kuchiki-nii was resurrected, he would've already destroyed this place."
"Hehehe. That's true." Yuri said and turned to Hashirama. "You should be the strongest in the room, why aren't you doing anything about this?"
Hashirama shrugged. "I can't do anything about it." Then pointing at Orochimaru and his group. "Plus, I don't feel any threat from them...so we're good."
He said with a reassuring smile causing Orochimaru to smile wryly.
"Although those two... They look familiar." Hashirama said, causing Tobirama to also quip. "Even you find them familiar eh? I was wondering where I had seen them before."
"You mean other than Madara?" A grumpy voice said.
"Oh. Ishikawa-dono, didn't know you were here. As expected of the first Tsuchikage. Even your presence is one with the Earth." Hashirama praised, but for some reason Ishikawa wasn't feeling it.
"Humph, save your praise to yourself, you damn idiot. Unto other matters. Why do you give me the same feeling as that damn Madara?" The Tsuchikage asked.
"Because they're Uchihas, duh?" Yuri replied mockingly.
"You bitch!"
"Watch your tone, you mud head, or I'll be forced to do it for you." Yuri snapped at the man.
"What did you say?" The man said as his thick earth aura bore down on the room.
"Wanna go?" Yuri wasn't one to be outdone as a similarly strong earth aura countered his.
"As expected of you...You Black Numbers really are something." The old man said and withdrew his aura. "However, this leads us back to the main question. Why are we here in the world of the living? I doubt the Pure Land allows entrance to Living Beings."
"What is your Goal?" The man asked, eyes locked on Orochimaru.
"Would you believe me if I said I have no idea?" Orochimaru asked with a wry smile.
"Try again."
"Honestly. I only ever intended to Reanimate the Hokages-"
"Ah-ha! Reanimation Jutsu. That stupid Jutsu Tobirama was messing with after Hashirama was declared dead." Yuri exclaimed, interrupting the snake Sannin.
"So you finally perfected it? From our Clans Akashic Records, no normal humans should be able to Summon the dead. How did you come about this?" Mikoto asked, also interested.
"I didn't perfect it. I was only able to Reanimate the dead with twenty percent of their true power. It was a failure. However, it seems to be perfected now. How did you do it, Orochimaru?" Tobirama asked.
"Heh. Orochimaru has always been a genius, this much should be normal to him." Hiruzen said with a bit of pride in his tone. However, remembering that his teacher didn't perfect it, immediately made him keep shut.
"Indeed. I knew he was a prodigy way back when, but this...is truly impressive. If Kuchiki had seen him, he'd be gratified." Tobirama said. "Unfortunately he's evil if heart."
"And I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of your village system." Mikoto snorted, causing Tobirama to turn to her.
"Oh please. Spare me the attitude. Your clan massacred an entire clan just because someone rebelled from your village."
"And because of that massacre, both the Senju and Uchiha clan could survive till this day. Or did you think you would be able to fight against a group of immortal Hagoromo clan?" Yuri defended.
"Not to mention Jashin. Hashirama and Madara might be strong, but Jashin is immortal, as far as there's blood, he's unkillable. What we did was obey our ancestral teaching of protecting your clans of idiotic parasites."
"Hey! That's uncalled for." Hashirama immediately snapped at Mikoto.
"Says you. For years your two clans waged unnecessary wars, and for what? Supremacy?"
"You wouldn't understand, Mikoto, let's just drop this. It's all in the past." Hashirama said. "I know you bear a bit of hatred for my brother, but don't use him to judge the entire clan. I remember you loving Tsunade like your own daughter. She's also a Senju."
"Humph." Mikoto snorted. "and it's not a bit of hatred. It's a whole lot."
Itachi and Sasuke, despite feeling conflicted at the way Mikoto insulted their clan, couldn't help but wonder what might have happened in the past to cause this much hatred.
And what was this about massacring an entire clan to protect their clans? What's with the mention of Jashin? Was he actually real? Wasn't Hidan just a Cultist with a weird Voodoo Ninjutsu? What the hell was actually going on.
"Umm... About our Reanimation." Ishikawa, who had brought up the topic, said once again. Anel and his group from Kumo just watched the dispute with bored expressions. If there were no battles then all this was just a waste of their time.
As for the other Kages...they've all been dead, what's the point in getting angry unnecessarily?
"That's right. As I was saying, I only ever intended to Reanimate the Hokages. Sasuke here has a few questions for them. However, a man... probably from Hanagakure gave us your cells and asked that you're all Reanimated too." Orochimaru said.
"Oh...it's no wonder you were able to get our cells. I doubt you could get them yourself, considering how young and weak you are." Byakuren said while stroking his beards causing Orochimaru's smile to stiffen.
"Oh, by no means am I insulting you. It's just that, in comparison to us..." Leaving it at that, he kept quiet and hoped that Orochimaru understood.
In truth, Orochimaru could rival them in Chakra capacity...Hell, he could even beat them in terms of Jutsus, but Byakuren and the Reanimated group had something Orochimaru didn't really have.
The Conqueror's Haki.
That invincible mental pressure. From Orochimaru's aura, it was obvious to them that the man was as shift and slithering as a snake. Even if he did have the Haki, it'll just be a weak one.
And in a battle to the death, the quality of one's Mental Pressure could determine a lot.
"Oh? Then what questions do you have for us, young Uchiha?" Hashirama asked, causing all eyes to turn to Sasuke who had his three Tomoe Sharingan activated.
"...How...no...Why did you all let it come to this?"
