[Day 51: The last seal matrix that you were given was the {Basic Fire Sealing Method}, it was a special sealing formula, which has a blank space left in its center where you could seal fire or fire-style jutsu coming your way. You were able to quickly understand the essence of converting chakra into its various counterparts and vice versa and get the sealing method to work. After failing multiple times to seal a fully powered {Fire Release: Great Fireball Jutsu} into the {Basic Fire Sealing Method}. You go back to try and understand the two-point barrier seal.]
[Day 54: You spent the past week learning and grinding the {Basic Exploding Tag} and {Basic Fire Sealing Method}, both of your skills level up to level 2. Atsushi arrived at your room later during the day, you simply waved for him to look at your progress as you kept on with your grind. After watching you for a while Atsushi told you to follow him, both if you quickly arrived at the supply room, Atsushi talked with someone before he introduced you to Kai Yuji, the person in charge of all supplies of the hideout. After that, he quickly explained the merit system of their organization, every {Basic Exploding Tag} that you would provide would count as 10 points that you could use to gain more knowledge or exchange them for money.]

The last thing Hiroshi was expecting from a criminal organization was to have a merit system, but it makes a little sense, Oyashiro apparently had a massive black market organization spread throughout the Yugakure, so he must have provided some good enough benefits to everyone so his organization doesn't split itself apart. Skills and Knowledge were one of the things that were hoarded by the upper echelon of various organizations, most of the A-Rank Jutsu and even some good B-ranked ones were only available to Jounin in Konoha. The situation is like that everywhere around the world, Oyashiro apparently also had a similar system, some of the more expensive knowledge was hoarded by him, but the man was in dire need of Fuinjutsu specialists.
Fuinjutsu is a dying art, not everyone could understand and work on a seal so anyone who could understand and work with seal matrixes instantly became a valuable commodity in the black market. Hiroshi guessed it was one of the reasons Atsushi was so interested in a new recruit, if Hiroshi could supply a stable supply of exploding tags, then he would have another source of merit points too. And Hiroshi didn't have any objections to being used in the simulation, he could of course use this time to his advantage, and later when he interacts with Oyashiro's organization, taking advantage of all the information he gained.
'I could use this time to grind, using Oyashiro's organization's resources doesn't seem like a bad idea, although conflict would arise if I try to start up my own merchant business but there is no need to concern myself with that in this simulation. I just need to keep my ears open to when Hidan starts his massacre and that should work.'
Hiroshi just watched himself in the simulation grinding through fuinjutsu, his original plan was abandoned for now as he waited to see how far he could go in this simulation.
[Day 60: You keep making exploding tags, and your success rate rises to 42% as your skill {Basic Exploding Tag} levels up to 3. The total number of exploding tags you have made has reached 154.]
[Day 69: You keep making exploding tags, and your success rate rises to 47% as your skill {Basic Exploding Tag} levels up to 4. The total number of exploding tags you have made has reached 432.]
[Day 83: You keep making exploding tags, and your success rate rises to 52% as your skill {Basic Exploding Tag} levels up to 4. The total number of exploding tags you have made has reached 723. You are reaching your goal of having 10,000 merit points and you can use them to exchange for a B-Rank ninjutsu.]
'What Ninjutsu should I learn, maybe I should focus completely on seals and get Higher level knowledge.' Hiroshi thought.
[Day 90: You keep making exploding tags, and the number of tags you have created has crossed 1000. Atsushi congratulated you on his achievement before offering to let you exchange for the {Intermediate Exploding Tag}. After little deliberation you accepted and he placed a new scroll in front of you.]
'He's a little greedy, isn't he... but would I even be able to learn the intermediate version of the Exploding tag before I finish leveling up my basic exploding tag to the max.' Hiroshi thought and immediately Hiroshi in the simulation attempted to learn the scroll.
[Day 91: You opened the scroll only to find various parts of the seal that you couldn't understand, you went through the reading material that Atsushi gave you with 3 seal matrixes and found some matching pieces of the seal in those reference notes. You slowed down your production of seals and started reading all the reference material you could find. Your skill {Basic Fuinjutsu} levels up to 4.]
[Day 93: As you cut down on the production of {Basic Exploding tag}, Atsushi came to you to figure out what was wrong, you quickly explained to him that you were trying to gain a better understanding of Intermediate level fuinjutsu, and since you don't have a lot of reference materials it is talking a lot of time. Atsushi nodded and left in a hurry before he came back with a bunch of scrolls and books related to beginner and intermediate levels of sealing. After informing you that this was all he had access to, he left saying to take your time and don't worry about anything.]
[Day 101: It's been 9 days since you cut back on the production of the {Basic exploding tag}, you still create about 20 a day but then you spend the rest of the time memorizing the scrolls containing explanations regarding intermediate Fuinjutsu. After finishing the last scroll your {Basic Fuinjutsu} reached Max level at 5.]
[Day 102: You attempt to create an Intermediate Exploding tag, after 3 failed attempts and a burnt eyebrow, you finally succeed in making an Intermediate Exploding tag and gain two new skills. {Intermediate Exploding tag} level 1 and your {Basic Fuinjutsu} upgraded into {Intermediate Fuinjutsu}. You spend the rest of your day making 6 more exploding tags with a success rate of 30%. After you send today's quota to Yuji, Atsushi came to visit you commending your achievement, after talking with him he left after telling you to focus more on creating Intermediate Exploding tags.]
'Alright, I should continue grinding and try to gain as many new skills as I can, if I can grind to Avanced Fuinjutsu then it would be amazing, though it seems like I would need to step higher into the crime organization to get access to knowledge regarding advanced Fuinjutsu.'
[Day 125: You keep making intermediate exploding tags, and your success rate rises to 35% as your skill {Intermediate Exploding Tag} levels up to 2. The total number of intermediate exploding tags you have made has reached 364.]

It was a good break but now we can focus back on the story. This simulation should end in the next couple of chapters!
