5th Simulation! Part-5

{Kōchiyo Village, Land of Fire}

{10:22 AM, 18 March 78 Yrs}

Hiroshi was focused on the simulation, for safety reasons he had stayed in his room, according to Tora, the squad set to replace them should be arriving soon so everyone was already packed and ready. A knock on the door interrupted him as he asked, "Who?"

"It's Ren man, what are you doing I thought you packed yesterday?"

"Yeah just taking a rest, my head's buzzing a bit... are they here already?" Hiroshi asked, his gaze alternating between the door and the simulation log that was still ongoing.

"Yeah, Mitsuru spotted them while on patrol, apparently, it's a team of full chunin, do you think something big is happening, there was no reason for the village to send a full squad of Aburame clan members to a border town, maybe a scouting type mission?" Ren's excited voice leaked from the other side of the door.

"I dunno man, and you know you are not supposed to talk about someone else's missions." It was one of the most basic rules that they were taught in the reserve force, although not strictly applied, but any information leakage could be harmful to someone else's missions.

"Yeah..." Ren calmed down, he took a moment before he said, "Anyway Tora said that we will leave in half an hour so lie down a bit, I'll come get you in a bit." With that Hiroshi heard Ren retreating towards the cafeteria, ignoring what Ren just told him he turned back to the simulation, and during this brief moment, the fight with the team sound was already ending.

[Day 76: You and Kabuto were the only ones who understood Ren's hand signals, you looked at Sakura before deciding against telling her anything right now, they had an advantage right now knowing that a team was lurking, there was no way of knowing how Sakura might react and give their advantage away. You spoke slowly that you'd do a little survey around the area, it was a plan that your team had decided because of your speed, most if not all genin participating genin are slower than you, so your job was to lure one or two away, if only one of them followed you then you would take him out and come back to help Ren and Kabuto, but if two of them follow you then you would do a wide circle and in the meantime, Ren and Kabuto would take out the third genin. The one who followed you was the spiky-haired dude, you don't remember his name but his main method of attack was the device attached to his arms, which actually countered your taijutsu style a lot, but thankfully you were just a lot faster than him.]

[Day 76: You circled around to half a kilometer away before you started moving in a circle around the temporary camp, you felt him move closer to sneak up on you, you were tightly clutching a kunai in your hand as you waited for him to attack. You didn't want to risk being struck by his sound attack but in order to lure him closer you acted oblivious, but the spiky-haired mummy apparently wasn't confident in his stealth to sneak up on you, so at the last moment he dashed the remaining 10 meters to attack you from behind, as you heard the ringing sound you knew you messed up, but knowing that it would take a few seconds before your hearing and balance blow off, in one swift motion you pushed your kunai through his neck. You fought to maintain your balance but couldn't as you knelt down in an attempt to stabilize your body, everything went dizzy for some moments before your vision cleared. You estimated that around 5 minutes had passed since you took that hit, you looked at the dead genin in front of you, and you shook your head in a vain attempt to block the buzzing in your ear as you caught the shadow of someone standing behind you before you could whirl around you felt something hit your head as everything went black.]

[Day 81: You woke up, your head was killing you and you felt weak, your eyes were blurry for a moment but as you woke up slowly you realized that you were restrained to a bed. But the real problem was the missing white walls of the hospital, instead all you could see was that you were in some kind of cave. The next thing that you focused on were the two people standing in front of you, you easily recognized your silver-haired teammate, and although it was an unknown face, the dressing attire, the long hair, and the pale skin clued you into the fact that you were standing in front of the infamous Orochimaru. The last thing that clued you in was the notifications that appeared in front of you regarding various status conditions you were under and among them, the most prominent one was {Cursed seal of Earth(incomplete)}]

'Wait wait wait, what happened, where did Orochimaru come from, I looked away for just a sec...'

Hiroshi looked at the screen in confusion and astonishment, there was no reason for him to be targeted by Orochimaru. He looked at the screen in confusion for some more before he decided to see where everything went wrong, surely Orochimaru being a typical villain would explain his reasoning in a neatly structured table.

[Day 81: Orochimaru's smile widened at the look of fear on your face as he turned towards Kabuto and laughed in a creepy manner saying "You were right, Kabuto-kun, he recognizes me..." you continued to look at both of them in confusion before Kabuto clued you into the fact that earlier when Orochimaru was fighting against Sasuke, you look more fearful than you should be when Orochimaru-sama was just moving at high-chunin speed and that you also referred to him as he instead of she.]

'...Insn't that too much a stretch though, he shouldn't have taken such drastic measures against you on just a hunch...'

[Day 81: Orochimaru chuckled as he leaned towards you with interest, he asked, "You figured out Kabuto was a spy, seeing that you don't look at him with betrayal, while you also knew that an S-rank missing-nin was messing around in the exams...kekekekwwww, it seems we have much more to talk about than I had thought..." Orochimaru waved his hands and Kabuto walked towards you with a syringe in hand, you looked at the two of them as he injected you with something before you blacked out.]
