CHAPTER 13 ETERNAL ICE SPEAR

Among dense thicket, Kai and his group is hiding while monitoring the situation with the giant bees.

Kai confirm that there are indeed several emerald peach trees. "Four giant bees three of them should have thirty year cultivation while the bigger one should be over forty years old" as Kai said there are three bees with the height of little more than two meters and last one is just a foot taller than others.

"They are not much, let's just chase them away" Tony.

"Don't even think about it, as soon as we make a move their reinforcement will come and we will be the one to be crushed" Kai.

"I have a plan, Ria you will not mind to act as decoy?" Kai.

"I am fine, its a work of agility type soul wielder but let me tell you if they damage my hairs I will made you bald" Ria.

"Don't worry it will be fine after all not only your cultivation is better than them but your Martial Soul is also their natural nemesis. You just simply have to attract their attention and led them by the route we came from to the big banyan tree we saw on the way, of course you will not be alone".

"Sera you will also follow the route and go toward the banyan tree and wait for us, we are still only in the outer region of the forest there should not be too strong soul beast here. If any problem appear, you two should be able to deal with it".

"Tony you stand on guard while I will pluck the fruits, alright" everyone nodded. "Okey Sera you go first, Ria will be able to reach you quickly with her speed".

They followed Kai's instructions as Sera first go back through the route they have come while Ria fly towards the giant bees.

As soon as Ria fly up, a giant bee saw and signals towards other three. All four of the bees looked at Ria and the next instant charge toward her. Ria also didn't stand on ceremony and fly away from them, leading the bees as Kai said.

As soon as the giant bees went away chasing after Ria, Kai and Tony also do their work. Kai fly up on a emerald peach tree while Tony stand on guard. Kai pluck the fruits and store them in his storage belt, as the name suggest these are emerald color fruits a size of a fist and are completely filled with emerald color juice.

Kai pluck around 30 fruits and store them. He then looked towards west and saw small dots, he immediately jump down from the tree "there might be more giant bees coming, let's go immediately" Tony didn't ask anything and just follow Kai's instructions as they run back to where they have come from.

On the other side Sera and Ria who meet in midway followed behind by four giant bees, they reached the banyan tree they had decided to meet with Kai and Tony.

They hide in thick branches of the banyan tree, as soon as the bees reach the tree they was greeted with a thunder shock from Ria.

Same time large wave of ice mist released from the banyan tree and the surrounding temperature drop rapidly. At the next moment amidst the mist Sera jump out from the tree with a icy blue spear which seems to carved out from solid ice in her right hand, this is her Martial Soul 'Eternal Ice Spear', three icy blue soul rings also float around her.

The ice spear shine and several spike shaped ice released and hit the four bees who was momentary paralyzed by the the lightning. The first ability that she used to released mist is called ice tide that enhance all of her ice type abilities, the second skill is obviously ice spike.

Giant Bees also didn't stand on ceremony as there their transparent bug wings shone with white light and razor shaped slashes were released but amidst the mist none hit their targets.

Mist around the biggesr bee has just settled by razor slashes, then Ria engulfed in lightning and holding the purple dagger charged at it and attacks it multiple times.

Light shone, from the tip of Sera's spear a blue beam is released which fall on one of the smaller bees as the bee freeze in place and rendered unable to move temporary 'Ice Beam'. In this curtain of ice tide her ice beam is even more effective and will freeze the opponent for longer time.

One of the remaining bees charge at Sera who retreat rapidly, she snort coldly and pierced towards the incoming bee with her spear. The bee feel cold threath from the spear and instead of attacking Sera it fly away from her.

Sera still didn't stopped her attacked and another icy blue beam but much smaller than the previous one released from it and hit the already frozen bee who was struggling to move, the beam hit its head and the bee faint but Sera didn't proceed to kill it.

Ria has also slammed down the biggest bee on the ground, lightning make it faint but Ria also didn't kill it, this is something that they decided beforehand, even thought these bees was the one that attacked them first but they are the one who enter the bee's territory so as long as it comes to their own life they will not kill any giant bees.

Just as the both girls shift their attention towards the remaining two bees, they heard something and look towards it and what they saw were their two comrades, one flying and other running towards them and what comes behind them is a over four foot tall giant bee.

By its size it should be more than seventy years old and can fight equally with four ringed soul fighter.

"Why did you bring this trouble here!" Ria yelled angrily, she has just deal with a forty years old giant bee and still has to deal with other when her teammates bring even bigger trouble.

"Of course for the purpose we come here, a group battle practice" Kai said.
