Unfortunately, unforeseen forces have other plans for him as he was swallowed by space and found himself in a world of Oceans filled with Islands. ***** Myriad Island is a world where Intelligence, Strength, Fate, Luck and even Destiny means nothing. The only thing that can keep a sentient being sane was clinging to an ever-abstract concept known as Hope. The old man was still seething in rage as he glared at him. "You haven't answered my question in the tunnel!" Elias said casually. "You fu…!" He didn't finish cursing Elias when a crisp sound of water so lashing in a glass cup was heard, the old man's eyes glued to it until it was filled.
Elias pushed the cup forward to the old man, and he took it fast. The moment the cool water touched his tongue, his expression changed from anger to bliss and he relaxed. Elias poured water to the ten other people each one with his glass cup and that calmed their nerves. Still terrified of Elias though.
"The Bases were once an advanced territory built to welcome otherworlders and train them. Red Base was once a large community with rules, transportation and staff that guided people. It was still a bit harsh due to the nature of the people it inhabited but still under the law, not anarchy.
