"Is this world made of small Islands or are there bigger ones?" Elias Gobarau wants nothing but a normal life with his wife. Unfortunately, unforeseen forces have other plans for him as he was swallowed by space and found himself in a world of iceans filled with Islands. ***** Myriad Island is a world where intelligence, strength, fate, luck and even destiny means nothing. The only thing that can keep a sentient being sane was clinging to an ever-abstract concept known as Hope. Follow Elias's journey as he faces dangers of all kinds with the hope of understanding his purpose and possible union with his wife. ***** "Sigh, I left the life of chaos I was born in, how the hell did I end up somewhere worse? Or....is this Hell I was sent to for all the horrible things I was tasked to do?" ***** [Note: No Island is useless, only useless dweller that can't figure out it's usefulness!]
Far above the sky, kilometres beyond the influence of the Fog within what many may assume The Heavens, in a spacious room, numerous human-like beings in unidentifiable uniforms were watching what seemed to be a 5-meter wide and 3-meter long screen.
The screen was divided into various portions, featuring various places of Fog World that they deem worthy for them to watch!
A woman with a stern look and firm face was in front of the screen veering her gaze from one portion to another, behind her were people, most of them bored, some napping on the floor, others were standing and their expressions can't be read, most of them sat their gazed glued at the screen but if one observed, most weren't actually watching, their eyes was listless!
At the far-most-left corner, on the screen, at the bottom, a small thumb-size image appeared. The middle-aged woman glanced at it, from her chiselled expressionless face, one can see her eyes lit up a bit.
