I roll my eyes at him, turning back to face the main roads. There are street lights planted around the park, so I guess it will be hard to hide from him.
"I know you saw me." I hear him moving forward.
"Get away Jake." I say in a bored voice.
I hear him chuckle behind me, "No, I'm not going anywhere." He comes to sit behind me on the merry ground. "I want to know why you're out here."
I ignore him, looking straight ahead and not bothering to look back at him or to acknowledge his presence.
"Aren't you going to answer me?"
I turn a deaf ear to him.
"Come on. Tell me, I want to know."
I sigh, doesn't he have nowhere else to go? "Aren't you supposed to be with your fiancée?"
There's silence for a few seconds and I look from left to right, wondering what he's up to. Then suddenly, he appears in front of me, startling the crap out of me.
"What's that supposed to mean?" He gives me a teasing look.
