Chapter 2

#my_sisters_love

Tyra spent the next year's of her life dedicated to helping her father raise her sister whom she named Keira, just as George thought of only his daughters years passed by he never thought of re-marrying at all except the best interest's of his daughters.

During her teenage years while her age mates were too busy partying, clubbing, dating, drinking alcohol and all that Tyra stayed home taking care of keira. She wanted to spare her dad the awkwardness of having to raise 2 girls without a mother or woman's opinion. Tyra and Keira grew up to be very beautiful girls who were not only sisters but best friend's aswell, Tyra graduated high school went to university and did pretty well considering all the other things she had to do. She got a job with a big telecommunication company and moved out to her own apartment after Keira turned 16 but she visited them every chance she had cause she lived close by, Keira was the smartest girl in her school and always made her dad and sister proud. As the years went by Tyra and Keira turned out to have different characters Keira was the quiet responsible one and Tyra turned into the noisy loud and irresponsible one she wanted to do all the things she never had the pleasure of doing as a teenager the girls argued every now and then but the bond they had was stronger than anything. Life was going great for the browns until one fateful day when Tyra met someone.....

YEARS LATER

Tyra rushed through the doors of her company building and bumped into Sasha her best friend and co-worker who was slightly shorter than her with a much smaller body.

"I know I know am screwed I had a hang over"Tyra said while rushing and placing her things in Sasha's arms.

"Mr Sinclair is gonna kill you" Sasha added while helping her try to look representable "his been asking about you all morning and who drinks on a Wednesday night?"

They entered the elevator Tyra still fixing herself "honey I drink everyday even on Sunday Mr Sinclair just has to leave with it".

"Well hurry up his in his office you better have a good excuse than that hangover thing" Sasha added as the doors to the elevator opened and Tyra ran out straight to her boss's office, Mr Sinclair was a very tough guy and everybody feared him except Tyra she was good at what she did and her boss knew that that's why he couldn't fire her despite her odd behaviour.

"Mr Sinclair I am so...sorry I...." Tyra started.

"Brown where the hell were you do you know what time it is?"

" Before you get mad I have a proper explanation on my way here I.....".

"Forget it I need you to go to stark mall an investor from starlight is coming and I need you to convince them to sign a deal with us if you still want that promotion you've been bugging me about"

"OK sure what time?"

"9 o clock"

Tyra looked at her wrist watch and almost jumped up "9 o clock? that's like 15 minutes from now and the mall is 20 minutes away"

"Well you better run if you want that promotion and serves you right for being late".

Tyra was rushing through he hallway of the mall talking on phone despite being 5 minutes late ,for what seemed to be a deal of a lifetime for her. "Yes Keira I'll pick u up tell dad I'll be there this evening OK bye", Tyra was putting her phone in her bag not looking where she was going then she bumped into someone the next thing she heard was a splash of something. "Oh my god!" Tyra looked up her eyes met another set of brown eyes that were equally upset she bumped into some tall guy who was also dressed formally his blazer unbuttoned so most of his coffee spelt on his white shirt, "are you kidding me? Can you watch where you're going?".

"I should watch where am going? you made me spill coffee all over myself you owe me an apology and a coffee" the guy responded surprised why Tyra was upset when his the one who should be offended.

"Oh screw you I don't have time for this"Tyra said and walked away ignoring all the people who were watching the guy smirked and proceeded his way while he watched Tyra walk away.

Tyra got to her venue and as luck had it the investor wast there yet she quickly sat down and waited for him, she put her files in order and tried to practice her speech." Our company is known worldwide so we actually operate on an international level so if you sign with us we.....".

"Oh really?" Some guy interrupted Tyra. Tyra looked up and found it was the coffee guy she got up her sit her eyes wide open looking at him as if his crazy he had his hands in his pockets looking at her seriously he took off his shirt and wore only his blazer this time buttoned.

"Are you crazy? Did you seriously follow me here?" Tyra said looking at him kinda distracted by his dress code "look I am waiting for a very important person can you not be here right now? am very busy".

"Are you waiting for the investor of starlight?" The guy asked calmly never breaking the smirk on his face.

"What..how did you...look it's non of your business OK!" Tyra exclaimed upset "now go!".

The guy pulled out his card and placed it right in front of her eyes so she can read it clearly he was tall so it was easy for him to do this "Marcus waters executive director starlight holding's" with that he placed back the card in his pocket looking directly at Tyra who was kinda frozen eyes wide open.

"Oh crap! Am screwed" Tyra thought.
