She is perfect

Xiao Li sat in the car nervously, she was holding two gift boxes but she was satisfied with it.

"Du Lixin don't you think I would have taken more, I'm meeting your mother and grandma for the first time and I'm taking only this gift along, what if she doesn't like it, or what if she hates me for it, or what if she think I'm too stingy....."

Du Lixin immediately cut her off. "Sweetheart you worry too much, your gift is the best and they'll love it, my mom has all the things one could think of buying, they wouldn't even care about the gift. I'm sure my mom dying to see you right now so just relax, my mom is really nice." Du Lixin reassured but Xiao Li was still nervous.

God what if she doesn't like me, She thought.

She wanted to buy more gifts but Du Lixin stopped her even though she begged him.

They finally got to the villa and God, when Xiao Li came down, it was like she just saw heaven itself.

Du Lixin's house was awesome, but this.. this is magnificent, a castle, heaven, mansion, many other great things. How can someone be so rich to build something like this.

Du Lixin chuckled at the way she looked amaze. "You haven't seen the inside yet and you are already like this."

Du Lixin said and led her in, holding her waist.

"Oh honey and mom, I can't wait to see my new daughter in law. She must be really cute." Du Lixin's mom, Du Mingzhi said.

"They are here already." Du Lixin's dad, Du Kiao said smiling.

"Oh my my my." Du Mingzhi shouted excitedly while walking towards them.

Du Lixin was expecting a hug but instead Xiao Li received one.

"Oh she's so cute, she's just like I imagined, not too tall, pretty, fair skin, innocent look and perfect body. I love you already."

"Honey let them in before you flatter her." Du Kiao said.

Xiao Li heaved a deep sigh of relief, she was really happy that they liked her but one more person to go, Du Lixin's Grandma.

"Oh just look at her, how can my Lixin bring someone like this to our house. I don't like her." Granny said frowning.

"Mom stop it." Du Mingzhi tried to stop her from making Xiao Li feel uncomfortable.

Xiao Li was not able to feel her legs anymore, oh how can she be at peace here if granny does not like her, this is doom itself since she's the head of the house.

Du Lixin tried to say something. "Granny stop...."

"I love her, how can Lixin see someone as perfect as she is. Do you all think I didn't like her, who won't like someone like this, that will only be a fool. My dear, come sit with Grandma." Granny smiled.

Everyone sighed with relief.

Xiao Li looked at Du Lixin and he nodded.

Xiao Li walked towards Granny and she put her on her lap.

"What's your name my dear?" Granny asked.

"Xiao Li." Xiao Li answered.

"Wow such a sweet name for a cute girl." Granny smiled. "How old are you?"

"I'm 20 and I'm in my last year in the university." Xiao Li knew that would be her next question.

"Mm 20, just the perfect age."

"Granny can I say something?" Xiao Li asked innocently.

"Yes go ahead."

"You look really pretty even at this age, I'm not sure I'll be as pretty as you are when I get to 50." Xiao Li said and they all laughed.

"Awwn thanks, don't flatter me." Granny blushed.

"I'm not trying to flatter you, I'm speaking the perfect truth, and I'm sure all the boys in your time, had fought themselves just to get you."

Granny smiled. "Yes, you are right my dear, they all wanted me and even fought themselves, it was on a...."

Mingzhi quickly interrupted. "Oh no Xiao Li, you just started something you can't end, she won't stop talking. It's going to be the talk of history and beyond history."

"She's right Xiao Li, granny won't stop talking till she has gotten to the time I was born and that was 15 years from her highschool days, she hasn't even started from the time she was ten, hahaha." Du Kiao said.

"Oh shut up, I'm sure she's ready to her it all."

"Yes granny, we'll sleep here tonight so I can listen to your stories, I'm sure it will be fun." Xiao Li said excitedly.

"You see why I say she's perfect."

Du Kiao whispered to Du Lixin. "Your wife doesn't know what she has put herself into."

Du Lixin just shook his head in pity. "This is the starting of torment."
