It Is Ok To Be A Little Greedy, Right?

Listening to Haru's question Jin-woo looked up and saw there was a beautiful meteor shower in the sky and understood where this question came from.

"…I just want my Mom to wake up," Jin-woo said to Haru immediately while feeling down.

"What? that's it?" Haru looked back in shock.

"What else did you think I would ask for?" Jin-woo scratched his face with an embarrassed smile. He still remembers how Jin-ah cried when his mother had to be admitted to the hospital and after that day Jin-ah has changed a lot. All he wanted was for his sister to be happy and cheerful again.

"Why not wish that your family will be together again with uncle and aunt?" Haru said shocking Jin-woo as he never had thought about it that way.

"Why not be a little greedy? It is alright to want a little more right," Haru said with a smile.

"You two what are you doing here? I am starving here get me some food." Before Jin-woo could say anything Jin-ah stormed the roof in anger.

"Ok Ok no need to be grumpy, I'll get you some fried chicken just wait a bit," Haru laughed.

"What? Really, then I want two servings," Jin-ah said with stars in her eyes.

"Sure sure, we'll get three serving for you," Haru said making Jin-ah jump around in joy.

"Ok then let's go, Jin-woo come on down or we'll eat without you," Haru said as he went down the stairs.

"Y-yes," Jin-woo was a bit stunned but followed them quickly.

The adult Jin-woo looked at his younger self going towards the roof door but he suddenly turned back looking at him.

"It is Alright to be greedy right?" The young Jin-woo asked surprising Jin-woo.

But before he could answer his younger self ran down the stairs.

Jin-woo then found himself sitting down on the sofa in the living room of Joo-hee's house waiting for Joo-hee who was getting him some snacks.

'So it was an illusion, But I have changed a lot since back then,' Jin-woo thought as after he got the system his life was flipped upside down, he has changed from the timid young boy to the confident man today but….

'He hasn't changed a bit since childhood, always bright and sunny never doubting himself over anything not even once, he stayed the same even after he got his powers but today was the first time I have seen him doubt himself after what happened today. It showed how much he cared for everyone, and what they mean to him.' Jin-woo thought with a smile.

'Maybe the world will be better if we turn the time back, it will help us avoid more conflicts and save more lives while bettering the lives of the many people, But….' Jin-woo thought as he looked up.

"Joo-hee," Jin-woo called out.

"What happened?" Joo-hee asked him as she carried the tray that was full of snacks that Jin-woo liked.

"…..Will you marry me?" Jin-woo asked her.

CLANK*

The tray slipped from Joo-hee's hand and fell as she looked at Jin-woo tears started forming in her blue eyes.

She jumped straight on Jin-woo hugging him tightly.

'….It is alright to be a little greedy, isn't that right Haru.' Jin-woo smiled as he patted Joo-hee's back to calm her down.

It was 8 P.M, Haru just reached his house and entered it after he opened the door with the spare key he had.

Hae-in and Kanae were still in Beijing and will come back in a few days after things have settled down.

He went into the bathroom and took a quick shower.

After coming out he went into the kitchen to make some food for Queresha who was in her room resting. He knew that she was awake at the moment so he decided to make something for her.

After making a simple dinner for Queresha, which was porridge as making her eat something heavy will worsen her condition.

"I am coming in," Haru knocked on the door and opened it. He saw Queresha who was wearing a black t-shirt, she was currently sitting on the bed with the blanket covering her legs and her purple tinted hair was falling on her back like a waterfall.

"My Lord you don't need to ask before entering," Queresha giggled softly.

"Just being a little careful," Haru smiled slightly as he sat down on the bed near her.

"There was no need for you to do that My Lord, I was about to make dinner," Queresha said after seeing the tray in Haru's hands.

"You shouldn't move around so much after what has happened so relax," Haru told her while placing the tray on the bedside table and giving Queresha a glass of water.

"But, it is my duty to take care of My Lord," Queresha said as she took the glass.

"Let me take care of you for a while Ok." Haru smiled as he took a spoon full of porridge and blew on it then placed the spoon in front of Queresha's mouth.

"Come on, open your mouth," Haru said and Queresha opened her mouth with a light blush on her cheeks.

"How is it?" Haru asked her.

"It is tasty My Lord," Queresha answered with a smile and Haru continued to feed her slowly.

After Haru finished feeding Queresha Haru wiped her face with a towel.

Queresha was acting bashful when Haru was helping her seeing her acting so cutely made him smile.

'Her condition is stable now, it will take time for her to recover from this,' Haru thought as he placed the bowl on the bedside table.

"Queresha," Haru called out.

"Yes My lord," Queresha answered but she was a bit nervous when she saw the serious expression on Haru's face.

'Is My Lord angry with me, it is understandable though,' Queresha thought as she lowered her eyes. She was ready for a scolding after that reckless plan of using her own life to increase her magic power.

But what followed wasn't in her expectations as she felt a warm hand patting her head.

"My Lord," Queresha looked up in surprise only to see Haru looking at her with warm eyes.

"That was quite the reckless plan, But I am glad you are alright," Haru said with a bright smile.

"Mhm," Queresha nodded with a smile.

"Thought I want to ask you what would you do if it didn't work? It was lucky that the call even connected." Haru asked in a stern voice.

"It wasn't luck My Lord, I had modified our cellphones," Queresha said.

"How so?" Haru didn't know what was modified about the phones they used.

"It was the call system, we can contact someone through normal means but I also added the feature of using mana as a medium. In this as long as the flow of mana isn't interrupted like it was done by the dragon Monarch then we can talk across the world even without the network towers," Queresha explained with enthusiasm.

"So you did that, huh." Haru sighed as he thought about the way Queresha modified the smartphone.

"Umu, we had something similar in my past world so it was easy once I studied modern communication, with enough time I will be able to overcome the barrier issue as well. There are many things that can be done, I have so many experiments pending." Queresha said as she was excited about what other possibilities are open.

Seeing her like this made Haru smile as he ruffled her hair.

"But rest comes before that," Haru said as Queresha nodded with a smile. Looking at her Haru nodded and walked out of the room along with the bowl.

After washing the dishes in the kitchen Haru made his way back to Queresha's room.

'I have to meet the rulers to talk about the plan moving forward, almost everything is different from the novel and there is also the issue of turning back the time.' Haru shook his head and went inside the room.

He saw that Queresha was sitting there waiting for him so he went and sat down on the edge of the bed near her legs while thinking about how to move forward.

"My lord it is alright," Queresha said as she saw Haru in deep thought causing him to look at her.

"What are you talking about?" Haru asked.

"I am saying that even if My Lord wants to turn back the time it is alright," Queresha said.
