Memory Loss

The man was confused as to why he was so worried about the child. He was a mafia boss and seeing blood was very much normal to him but when he saw the little girl's blood, it was as if he would go crazy any instant.

He wasn't able to reply to one of his underling when he was asked about the girl. He couldn't even understand himself as to why he did that.

"What am I doing? I am not a person with weak heart! Then why am I doing this?"

He had many questions and had answers to none.

1 HOUR PASSED BY....

The head doctor came to the man and said,"Are you that girl's relative? Or a guardian?"

"Why do you ask?"

"Well I have something important to tell to you and it is important to know if you are his family because these information cannot be given to any stranger."

"Oh! Ye- yes I am her.... her.... I am her guardian. You can consider me as her guardian." The man was surprised by his own words...

"Ok, I won't ask for details as I saw you even begging for her. And that kind of act can be performed by a family member only. Anyway, come with me to my office. I have a very important matter to tell you about the girl...."

"Very well...." He followed the Head doctor to the office....

"Please have a seat...."

"Yes." The man was a bit worried as he wasn't aware of what was happening. Further more her was continuously thinking about what the doctor would be saying now.

"Well, I'm not sure what happened and how she got hurt so badly, but the wound was deep. It's good that you brought her here as soon as possible ."

"Ye-yes..."

"A blood coat was about to be formed in her brain. However since you were on time, we were able to prevent that. However she had already received a severe damage in her head and almost all of her memory cells are destroyed so according to the....."

The doctor kept on explaining for 30 minutes. He was continuously using many science terms which the boss wasn't able to understand after all he was not some genius.

The doctor wanted to continue more but the Man stopped him and said,"Just tell me in simple terms.... What has happened to her?"

"Oh well, if you want to know in simple terminology, she has lost her memory."

"What? Lost memory?"

"Yes. This case is without a doubt a case of Memory Loss and we are not sure if she will be able to remember anything. She might even forget her own language in which she used to speak."

"Oh my God.... You mean to say she won't be able to remember anything?"

"Yes. Hence you need to take proper care of her and...."

The doctor said many more important things but the man couldn't hear anything. He was sad and shocked and wasn't able to concentrate any more. This pain, this agony was a feeling which he had almost never felt before.

"Are you listening? Hey!" The doctor shouted.

"Huh..!? Ye-yes I am. I was just thinking that will I be allowed to meet her now?"

"Hmm... yes you can meet her but you can be with her only for 10 minutes. She is already weak and had lost a lot of blood so she has to take rest. Also you need to pay these medical bills."

"Yes, I understand...."

He then leaves the doctors cabinet and moves towards the vault where now Tia rested while saying one of his underling,"Jo, go and pay the medical bills...."

"Yes boss..."
