Chapter 24: The Strange Clown
Early the next morning, both families were preparing to visit the amusement park. However, they were unaware that both families were heading to the same amusement park that day.
According to the original schedule, both families would have met at the entrance of the amusement park, but Dean Taylor said he had an upset stomach and refused to leave the bathroom before Aria Grant's family left the house.
"Dean, it's not that serious! You're actually pretending to have diarrhea to avoid today's expenses. Come on, stop it."
Aria Grant knocked on the bathroom door incessantly, but Dean inside the bathroom had a serious look. Last night, he unexpectedly received a message from the boss that frightened him a lot.
He had been letting loose these past few days, even having some thoughts he shouldn't have had. He thought the boss wouldn't seek him out so soon, but when he did, it was like a bombshell.
