“Don’t she know am the bully king and no one bullies innocent people on my watch,” I said through clenched teeth.
Rachael friend helps her up from the floor wiping her tears with a handkerchief.
“Don’t worry Rachael you can use my money to buy food in the cafeteria.” her friend said
“Thank you so much you are so kind to me but am afraid I can’t accept your money,” Rachael replied
“Stop being silly what are friends for?”
“My parents will misunderstand if you buy food for me.” Rachael insisted
“Stop talking nonsense your stomach comes first let’s go.” her friend said pulling her outside
“Wow bro I think your crush is going through a lot at home I can sense it,” Jane said with a sad expression
“I wish I could help her,” I said as we all work to the cafeteria.
Author’s POV
Steve and his friends are at a big lounge eating while Rachael and her friend are eating together. Lisa and her friends walk into the cafeteria making an entrance and Rachael attempt to live her friend held her hand.
“Tessy please let me go, she will scold me once she sees me eating,” Rachael stated
“Let her see, don’t trouble yourself too much okay,” Tessy said and Rachael sit and continue eating suddenly Lisa walk to their table with her hands crossed and looked at Rachael.
“Wow you are eating and I took all your money how come don’t tell me you have a secret boyfriend that’s taking care of you,” Lisa whined trying to take the chicken in Rachael food.
“Back off what she does is none of your business,” Tessy said hitting Lisa’s hand away from Rachael’s food
“And who are you supposed to be? Lisa ask glaring at Tessy
“Am Rachael’s friend.” Tessy reply with her head up high.
“Not for long,” Lisa said and her friends burst into laughter and they all walk away.
“What does she mean by not for long? Tessy asks
“She is cunning I don’t know what she intends on doing.” Rachael reply
Tessy phone started ringing on the table she drop her spoon and picks the phone.
“Hello baby am at the cafeteria,” she replied smiling
“Okay see you here,” Tessy said and hang up and turn to Rachael.
“Patrick is coming,” Tessy stated
“Okay, I rather go I don’t want to interrupt your lovely moment,” Rachael said wiping her lips with a handkerchief.
“I have noticed you always run when Patrick is coming what’s wrong I have never seen you two in a place before?” Tessy ask
“That’s not true you are just overthinking,” Rachael added avoiding her gaze.
“I am overthinking them prove me wrong by staying,” Tessy said and Rachael strive to live
“Am sorry maybe another time I have some business to attend to,” Rachael said walking out of the cafeteria.
She walks to the locker room and opens her locker she takes out her bag and walks to the garden she sits on a bench and drops her bag at the side and bow down her head crying continuously.
