**ADDIE'S POV**
Nolan and I rode toward the same gate that my father usually took to enter the city. I knew this because it was where we exited and where my father had told me he and Arthur usually were. This was the south gate, where all the humans were allowed to enter the city. However, it was open to more than just the humans.
When the guard at the gate saw Nolan and I coming toward the gate, he called out to all of those that were gathered around and waiting to enter the city.
"MOVE ASIDE! MOVE ASIDE! A PRIORITY WOLF IS COMING TOWARD THE GATE! MAKE WAY FOR THE PRIORITY WOLF!"
I didn't know if he was telling them because he just wanted us to get into the city faster or if he thought that the humans would be afraid of such a high profile wolf coming into the city. Either way, all the humans in the path ahead of us pulled their carts and wagons to the side and made room for the three of us to enter the city ahead of them.
