History of Islam:

The Arabian Peninsula the birthplace of Islam is one of the hottest and driest regions in the world. Muhammad (PBUH) was born in A.D. 567 or 569. His flight from Mecca to Medina, which marks the begining of the Mohammadan era, took place on 16th june 622.
